Pardon if its a repeat, but I avoid the news on Sunday.

Two of the most right wing, bigoted organizations in our country working together.

I wonder how many bigoted white folks at the event were armed, and perhaps drinking.

that since the race sponsorship was announced, he had received only about a dozen emails or letters from people complaining about the race sponsorship.'

I consider it a serious omission on my part that I didn't know about this and add my name to the list of people who are disgusted by NRA sponsorship, so I will now take the time to explain it in excruciating detail to Mr. Gossage.

but I thank him for not taking out others with him.

At the *NRA* sponsored race.

leaving the huge speedway after a race. These yahoos would get liquored up and try to emulate their heroes.

I'm surprised this is the first incident we've heard of like this with a shooting.

-snip-

In 2008, a fan was hit by a stray bullet at Texas Motor Speedway after a gun was shot into the air and the bullet came into her RV through the roof and landed in her arm.

The DUIs after these car race events are well documented. I guess repetitive left hand turns at 200mph is just invigorating for some.

'Nice' to see that the NRA has jumped on the bandwagon...
