Some people are angry with the government because it won't reign in the corporations, which I don't think is what this cartoon is talking about.

7. It's like at a party not long ago...

Someone was railing about pesticides and having to wash veggies like crazy and then blamed the government.

I told them the only reason it could be the government is for their LACK of action.

You could see the confusion.

I swear,...people act like the government does EVERYTHING, but then, there was a time when people believed prayer made the sun come up and if you did something really cool the Gods would arrange the stars in your honor.
