Pro choice and anti-choice people use very different language around abortion

I have never heard or read a pro choice person say, for example, "I wanted to abort". I have heard and read anti-choicers use that particular phrase. The way people use language around abortion is an indicator of whether they are pro or anti choice.

They accuse pro-choice people of using terms like 'blob of cells,' but again, I never hear that from anyone except anti-choice people.

Pro-choice means the decision is up to you. It does not mean you want everyone who's ever been pregnant to get an abortion.

with antichoice people. Something wrong with it? I use it in discussions with people that persist in saying 'baby' when referring to any abortion. I also use zygote, fetus etc....but then I've spent years on RW forums 'discussing' issues with them. I don't anymore because it's a waste of time usually due to the fact that I'm usually moderated with the intention of silencing me and when that didn't work I got banned.

I was just thinking about this yesterday.

Pro choice is half way or the compromise - Live and let live.

The conservatives say they don't believe in abortion and
they don't want anyone else to be able to have access to the procedure.

So many problems today are because of one group trying to stop the "others"
from being able to make their own choices about their own lives.

As soon as everybody realizes that prohibiting someone else from making their own
choices the sooner this crap will be over and done with.

If they have a problem - Deal with it.
They need to get the hell out of other people's faces!

which largely consists of 'defining/framing' the problem/stating a premise, and Dems have failed miserably to do so in our favor.

We/Dems largely ignored Professor Lakoff's lessons. http://www.berkeley.edu/news/media/releases/2003/10/27_lakoff.shtml

Weapon pushers. They are some of the same ones who want to deny proper nourishment and education for our kids. Its like they are for forced birth and that can use their guns to shoot the innocent or just fail to see the forced births into adulthood
