Missouri anti-cruelty laws
I just read a letter to the editor yesterday in the KC Star that stated that laws against puppy mills are in the process of being rescinded by the Missouri Legislature.
Anyone know about this - or how to check it out. I couldn't find anything about it on the net but I don't know where to look to find pending legislation.
