means that any prestige and "power" of a flunky is directly related to how SUCCESSFUL his boss is, and Tweety and his flunky class WORSHIP "success." This is the true source for his having shifted from having made a name under CARTER and O'NEILL, that when RAYGUN creamed his bosses, he immediately swung over to worshipping RAYGUN, bolstered by the G.E.RUSSERT tutelege.
