I guess Virginia isn't for lovers anymore.

Virginia's antigay attorney general teed up The Daily Show for an inevitable takedown when he tried to use the court system to outlaw sodomy.

Ken Cuccinelli, who could be Virginia's Republican candidate for governor, had challenged a court's decision that struck down a state law against sodomy and oral sex, but his appeal was denied on Tuesday, according to BuzzFeed.

Virginia needs a whole lot more of, it's BJ's and Greek-style.

Really. Look at that guy. See what he is doing? I think he is projecting some serious needs if sodomy is what he sees, in his pointy little mind, as a serious issue these days when there is a very long list of important issues to attend to.

Proposing or endorsing anti-sodomy laws, (as well as many other moral legislation) should be grounds for consideration of removing officials since it brings into question their sanity and ability to perform their functions in office.

Really, sodomy? Where did they scrape this guy up?

Remove him now, before he does some real damage. Make him Governor and you get what you see. Mandatory, State chastity belts anyone?
