(20,226 posts)about "entitlement reform" - That is Orwellian bullshit - to mask an assault on ordinary Americans and they know perfectly well that there would be no need to reduce social security benefits if we simply made some modest adjustments on the upper limits of FICA tax and then say clearly and boldly, " I will support cuts in socials security benefits - when hell freezes over!!" - that would win solid support for the Democratic Party for a generation.
