Dead Children Do Not Get Educations or Social Security.

President Obama made a speech about gun control and the toll firearms take on this nation, and especially on children. He was not discussing Social Security. He was not discussing drones. He was not discussing education reform. He was discussing the children and teachers who were slaughtered in Newtown and trying to make some progress on gun control.

Social Security is a different issue.
Education is a different issue.

We have multiple issues at all times in the United States, and the President must address them all. That he focuses on one issue on one evening in one state does not mean that the other issues are not important. It means he is focusing on one issue at that moment.

We can multitask. The President can multitask. Congress can multitask. There is no option.

Dead children will not receive Social Security. Dead teachers cannot teach. Gun control is a real issue, too. No, it's not the only issue. No issue is the only issue.
