No grieve for "Reagan's Girlfriend". Most current problems in the U.S. and the U.K. started off with those two conservaturds.

Sorry, but if there is a Heaven and a Hell I think I know which one she is in. Along with Ronnie.

I mean, let's not revise history, cartoonists. She sucked mightily and was a pox for the workers of Britain.

This kind of leaves me wondering how an obvious beyond-question shitbag like Cheney is going to be treated when he dies. Is he going to be treated lovingly by anyone other than Lisa Benson and Scott Stantis?

Warning, you will feel the urge to hurl. I posted it as an example of the revisionist crap that most cartoonists are putting out today.

I didn't realize she was so roundly despised. I was a pre-teen back then, don't really have enough memory to judge.

That said, the mainstream media would have everyone believe she was a wonderful woman and should be lauded for her 'work'. My daughters were not yet alive when Thatcher wielded her hate; I spent some time explaining who she was and what she did. Otherwise they might think she's a worthy role model for women.

I'm gathering that she was the British version of Reagan and look at all the work that has gone into polishing that turd over the years! No offense meant to Ron Jr., he actually rocks.

This place has changed for good
Your economic theory said it would
It's hard for us to understand
We can't give up our jobs the way we should
Our blood has stained the coal
We tunneled deep inside the nation's soul
We matter more than pounds and pence
Your economic theory makes no sense

-sting

The first verse of this song covers pretty much what I remember seeing on TV state side growing up.
