Secretary of State Kerry asked an important question 42 years ago.

He was giving testimony before the Senate Foreign Relations committee as a representative of Vietnam Veterans Against the War. He said, "How do you ask a man to be the last man to die in Vietnam? How do you ask a man to be the last man to die for a mistake?"

I hope he remembers that and has the courage to ask the same question of President Obama. Who is going to be the last person who dies for the mistake of Afghanistan? It can certainly be debated whether the original attack on the Taliban was correct or not. I think it was correct to remove the Taliban but the nation building and the war over the last decade has been a colossal failure and a colossal mistake. President Obama has had the sole power to pursue or not pursue this war since January 20, 2009. No more deaths on either side. Out Now!

There is far more to it than "both sides are scum" and painting over it helps nobody. That's like looking at two patients, one with flu and one with Ebola, and just saying "both patients are sick".

is a sewer of legalized corruption and bribery that could put any post colonial third world regime to shame.

we had a corporate coup in 2000, both sides are getting their beaks wet. like i said, there are precious few in government who don't fit that mold, but they are essentially powerless except at the local level.

there are very few exceptions to this.

Let me repeat... if you cannot tell the difference between the two parties what are you doing here? Might I suggest typing the response in text that is visible to the human eye this time?
