You can (partially) restore content of an offline web-page by loading the copy inside the Google Cache and then copy&paste it for your own needs. (Did this some years ago after a server-crash. AFAIR only the text was saved, but better than writing everything anew.)

If you can provide some more info, there may be a way. If it was on a public website, archive.org should have older versions of that website. If it was on some not-so-public site, it's a lot harder.
