The People's Budget S.S. Demands (non-negotiable)

The designers & supposed protectors of Social Security seem to be abandoning their sacrosanct commitment to the those of us that can't afford their services. When they do need our support, we cannot give enough time, money and/or votes. I as one of "We the People" will never support a political party that is so obviously willing to sacrifice so many to appease so few.

As Social Security cost tax payers not one single cent, negotiating away the well-being of old people or disabled people is beyond heartless. It is inhumane.

If any changes are required it should be limited to eliminating the cap. Why should only the well-off not pay 6.5% on all their income just like everyone else is required to.

Simple as that.

You, the Democratic Party, want to be republican-light? Surreptitiously, doing your part maintaining a clear division between the wealthy contributor class and those of us that work for a living. Sounds like the supposed tax "increase" you levied on the 1%. All
show and no go. Thought no one would notice or more likely you, like your counterparts, couldn't care less.

Tread carefully.
