In about 1 year and 9 months from now, the candidates for 2016 will start declaring.

Hillary launched her campaign on January 22, 2007. The equivalent for the 2016 elections will be January 2015 which is 1 year and 9 months away.

People here keep saying that the 2016 elections are a long way off. But the start of the campaigning is not that far away.
