AFL-CIO petition against Social Security cuts

I've been following the news closely about Pres. Obama's budget and saw this week that he may include cuts to Social Security and Medicare benefits in his plan.

Corporations and the richest 2% aren't paying their fair share of taxes, income inequality is raging and the president is proposing benefit cuts for seniors, veterans and people with disabilities? That's wrong.

And that's why I signed this petition to tell him http://act.aflcio.org/c/18/p/dia/action3/common/public/?action_KEY=6117

... as I always note, I believe the President's budget proposal is a total bluff, designed to break the GOP anti-tax will.

That said, I actually search out petitions with which I can agree. So thanks. I've signed also for at least half a dozen other organizations. I don't consider this unfair because I only sign once for each group. There are ways to tweak that which I won't take.
