A few words from the head of the Rockford area Tea Party...

https://www.facebook.com/notes/rockford-tea/guns-dont-kill-people-democrats-do/496979570335705

You don't negotiate with this kind of madness. You couldn't even if you wanted to.

You try and get these SOBs the psychiatric help they desperately need, and then do what you can to make sure they don't EVER get their way on election day.

After that, I understood that the rest was an excersise in mental masturbation for this man, because there is no reason or purpose for it OTHER than the edification of his own ignorance.

And boy howdy, is that ignorance ON DISPLAY.

Also, since this is on Facebook, I have no doubt that I'll be seeing it linked to an e-mail from my stepfather.

I suspect that this whackjob recently added "malfeasant" to his vocabulary, but never bothered to learn that it's a noun, and that sticking "ly" to it doesn't turn it into an adjective.

I've always been fond of telling everybody that for the sake of efficiency and to prevent clashes at the polls, only Democrats vote on Tuesday, everyone else should show up on Wednesday.

You wouldn't be surprised at the number of people who get furious at this, but you might be at the number who just shrug and say, "OK." Maybe that's one reason conservatives hate President Obama so much - their own total lack of humor. I was delighted to hear him add this particular slogan at least once last campaign season right after he reminded Democrats to hold to tradition and vote early and often. Of course he chuckled himself and added, "Just joking, folks!"

Didn't make any difference. I heard more than one Chicken Little run around screeching that it proved intent to commit voter fraud. That's a major reason I consider conservatism itself a mental disorder. The American Psychiatric Association really should look into this.

That's just my opinion. YMMV

The purpose is to remind people of just how insane, violent, and stupid the bigots are.

Once we stop reminding people, people tend to forget.

And we should never forget.

To say that the sort of hateful crap coming from these wastes of oxygen is "forgettable" just doesn't hold water for me. That you might think that politically aware people such as those that frequent DU, might not remember what Teabaggers are all about, isn't exactly a compliment to our intelligence, if you follow me. Once again, just my POV.

You wasted a lot of time trying to tell me to STFU.

With some luck you'll decide against such tactics in the future.
