Karl Rove, Architect of the biggest bribe in history!

Last edited Sun Apr 14, 2013, 12:37 PM - Edit history (8)

After George W. Bush lost badly the 2000 New Hampshire Republican Primary to John McCain (McCain 49%- Bush 30%), Karl Rove committed to his friend Tom Donohue, new President of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, that he would give business everything they wanted if they would help him secure the Republican primary and U.S. Presidency for Bush. This secret political deal gave the Chamber a blank check, drawn against the U.S. Treasury, on which we have been paying ever since the beginning of the G.W. Bush Presidency in January 2001.

21st century election theft opened the door to the theft of peoples' inheritance from the New Deal. Through a combination of stolen/tilted elections, political assassinations, and corrupt financial generosity across the political spectrum, thieves have had their way with our laws, our treasury and our economy. They have taken control of our courts, our Congress and many of our state capitols.

We need to resurrect, revive, and reinvigorate our anti-trust (including the Glass-Steagall Act of 1933) and anti-organized crime laws and vigorously apply them against the 21st century global corporate cabal that seeks to enshrine predatory capitalism and casino capitalism as the new world order.

Predatory Casino Capitalism is not the promised land Martin Luther King, Jr. forty-five years ago prophesied we would get to within the generation of those listening to him in Memphis, Tennessee the night before he was assassinated.

Do you think we should stop payment on Rove's blank check to Donohue and take back our New Deal Inheritance?

Yes, stop payment and sue to recover our New Deal Inheritance that Karl Rove signed over to the U.S Chamber of Commerce.
2 (100%)
No, Karl Rove deserved the right to sell our New Deal Inheritance so his candidate could win the Republican Primary and Presidency.
0 (0%)
Yes, but let the banks, big business and billionaire members of the Chamber keep the trillions of dollars they have already stolen.
0 (0%)
No, corporations are the people who create jobs for us and they cannot afford to pay taxes or fines, obey regulations or go to jail.

actually have, is right in front of our faces and has been for a long time:

Meet the real predators and owners of the casino: The Fortune 500 companies.

We can talk about and blame government for this and that, (which may be its function now, to take the heat) but who is really influencing policies, wages, benefits, etc.? Who is impacting the local and State governments?

Who is reaping record breaking windfalls of profit and who is squeezing maximum efficiency and productivity out of every last drop of the blood of workers?

Who is paying low to no taxes at all and has the most money off-shored? Who is sending jobs overseas?

There will be more automation simply to spite workers. There will be staunch and constant battle against any form of labor organizing and representation. There will be cuts in every possible program that assists the poor, destitute, disabled and aged.

We under under a subtle tyranny that whispers sweet things in our ears via the owned and controlled media that pervades our lives like the smell of a dead skunk wafts across the road.

We wake-up, smell the bitter brew and get the picture straight. Then we contemplate the transition they are deliberately most of us through and what kind of outcome that will have for us and our children and their children. Will their be generations that grow-up thinking total control, no privacy, and only a catch-phrase of freedom is normal?

As I understand it, a Republican consultant named John Weaver sat down with Senator John McCain and explained to him how he could win the Presidency via the "Straight-talk Express." I would love to see the envelope upon which he sketched-out his plan. It, and the conversation around it, persuaded McCain to enter the Republican primary for the 2000 Presidential election. McCain scored a dramatic victory in the 2000 New Hampshire Republican primary.

The Washington press corps had fallen in love with John McCain. I recall Mark Shields' speech in Columbus, Ohio, honoring former Ohio Governor John Gilligan, when he spoke of McCain's 2000 primary campaign. Shields declared that his enthusiasm for McCain at that time almost broke up his marriage grounded upon a shared commitment to the Democratic Party.

The political reform community, of which I was a part, had also fallen in love with John McCain. For those who do not know me, my background as a political reformer may be helpful in understanding the basis for my knowledge about how Karl Rove stole the 2000 Republican Presidential Primary from John McCain.

I had changed my registration from Republican to Democratic in 1996 and run for Congress as the Democratic Party nominee for the 15th District of Ohio that year. However, I attended the 2000 McCain rally at an Ohio State University coliseum. Senator Mike DeWine who was leading Senator McCain's primary effort in Ohio acknowledged my presence. Joe Hallett, political editor of the Columbus Dispatch, interviewed me at the rally and published a front page story of my characterization of John McCain as the heir to the legitimate Ross Perot 1992 grassroots Presidential campaign for political reform.

Joe Hallett, then a reporter with the Toledo Blade, had followed my leadership role in the '92 Perot Presidential campaign. In 1991, I had suggested to Jack Gargan the idea of Perot running for President in tandem with Republican and Democratic Congressional candidates committed to political reform. Gargan drove from the Tampa meeting of "Throw the Rascals Out" to Dallas to propose the idea to Perot, and then to Kansas City to publicly propose the idea at the June meeting of the Coalition to End the Permanent Congress which I then co-chaired with its founder, Kansas businessman and Al Franken's uncle, Lionel Kunst. That June 1991 meeting, also attended by former Democratic Congressman from Hawaii, Cecil Heftel, and for Republican Congressional leader and 1980 Independent Presidential candidate John Anderson of Illinois, was the launching pad for the citizen draft of Perot for President 1992.

In regard to the general election John McCain's greatest strength was in respect to the one chink in Vice President Al Gore's otherwise impregnable body of armor--campaign finance reform. Al Gore had given a legalistic and quite unsatisfying answer to questions the press had raised about a major fundraiser at a Buddhist Temple. So, McCain with John Weaver as his campaign strategist, looked like a winner--all the way.

There was just one problem--Karl Rove, John Weaver's nemesis as a political consultant, was running George W. Bush's Republican primary campaign, and Karl Rove was determined to win the 2000 Presidential election--at any cost. Rove's determination resulted in his commitment to Tom Donohue, then President of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and principal Washington lobbyist for the Fortune 500 corporations you describe as our problem. The price tag on this commitment was a blank check. With a Bush Presidency, business would get everything they wanted.

John McCain may be the leading advocate of campaign finance reform, but, Rove and Karen Hughes argued, Bush is the "reformer with results." Just look at what he did for business in Texas as Governor.

militant organized working class that will force, as in the 30’s, a closing of the inequality gap by redistribution of wealth and challenge capitalisms polarization of wealth into the hands of the few. It was the fear of that organized working class that forced the 1% in the 30s into a “New Deal” that lead to American prosperity. That New Deal has been gutted over the last 30 years with deregulation, down sizing, privatizing, trickle-down, outsourcing and tax breaks for the corporate 1%. Now we have an attack on Social Security and the sucking of wealth and value out of everything in the public sector.

Grassroots Democrats need to join with Ben Jealous of the NAACP and Rev. Jesse Jackson of Rainbow-PUSH in calling for an end to the "War on Drugs" and transfer of all that misspent energy to cracking down on the organized criminal conspiracy to steal the elections and wealth of the vast majority of the American people--the 99.9%.

Michelle Alexander calls for a mass movement in her seminal book, The New Jim Crow: Mass Incarceration in an Age of Color Blindness. Like the civil rights movement built by the Rev. Martin Luther King. Jr., a 21st civil movement should be multiracial.

What if there were a million plus "person" march on Washington led by Jill Simpson--described by former Governor Don Siegelman as an American hero and modern "Joan of Arc" for her courageous confrontation with Karl Rove--Dana Siegelman, Andy Kreig of the Justice Integrity Project, the Presidents of Public Citizen, Public Campaign and Common Cause--the organizations which led the June 20, 2012 march on Karl Rove's Crossroads Grassroots Strategies out of the Take Back the American Dream Conference of the Campaign for America's Future--along with the Labor Leaders, Religious Leaders and Civil Rights leaders of our nation? Could such a march enable the people of the United States, who won the election of 2012, to reclaim Justice in America as part of the just spoils of that momentous victory.

A possible agenda, among other things:

The release of political prisoners,

The investigation of political assassinations,

The investigation of systemic red shifting of elections--most urgently of the 2010 elections across the country, and

Reconsideration of the Citizens United decision by the U.S. Supreme Court with mandatory recusal of Justice Thomas for receipt of undisclosed funds from the Koch Brothers and Chief Justice Roberts for participation as an advocate in the Bush v. Gore decision that installed a government committed to giving business everything they wanted, which included their domination of elections by means of unlimited, secret expenditures, which the Citizens United decision gave them.

34. How Rove politicized the DOJ's civil service cadre
Mon Apr 8, 2013, 11:15 AM
Apr 2013

Last edited Mon Apr 8, 2013, 10:38 PM - Edit history (1)

It may be the civil service part of DOJ that is a part of the problem as well.

In fulfillment of his commitment to Tom Donohue to give business everything they wanted Rove use his policy positions in the White House to purge the DOJ's distinguished cadre of non-partisan civil service lawyers and hire replacements based upon a partisan bias. This all came out after Gonzales resigned as AG under fire for not insulating his department against political pressure from the White House. While Mukasey committed to Congress to restore the tradition of a non-partisan civil service with respect to new hires, neither he nor Holder cleaned house of the partisan hacks Rove had packed into the DOJ's civil service ranks. Thus the appearance of a considerable amount of enduring injustice at Justice as Karl Rove's legacy.

It may be more efficient to pursue a private RICO action as private AG's, than trying to move the DOJ in a direction that, for a variety of reasons, it is not institutionally prepared to go.

16. We need to do what we can to empower leaders who are on our side
Sun Apr 7, 2013, 03:58 PM

I like it, WillyT.

Several points I would make:

1) It's not a billionaire thing, as such. There are some very nice and decent folks with a billion dollars. It's the crooked billionaires who are active criminal conspirators, who are the problem. They have the motive, means and opportunity to commit/support criminal activity against society.

2) It's important to understand how billionaires can, whether intentionally or unintentionally, shield the criminal system by selectively funding progressives and progressive causes with the stipulation that they not go after the fraud and fascism on the right. One cannot play nicely with fraudsters and fascists without being eaten alive. If one plays nicely with such folks it will only be at diversionary, if not meaningless games--not actual social reform or progress.

3) In a system that has deteriorated to as point where large amounts of money are necessary to conduct election campaigns for candidates and issues, good and decent folks may feel the need to pull in their horns in order to get into, and/or stay in the game at all. Also, where aggressive democratic leaders like JFK, MLK, and RFK face the risk of assassination, caution and compromise may be part of survival strategy. That's why I believe our focus should be upon empowering political leaders on our side rather than criticizing them.

So let's give them one hell of a fight, in the spirit of Harry Truman and Howard Dean, as two good examples of well noted fighting Democrats.

Once the properly targeted criminal investigations begin, the corrupt special interests and politicians will scurry away like roaches.

I was thinking a march on Washington might serve as a catalyst for empowering our President and AG and an organizing vehicle for a movement.

Mimi Kennedy, a Progressive Democratic leader and former cast member of ABC TV's Scandal, would be another great leader, in addition to the suggestions I have made in another reply. I think Wade Henderson has an excellent sense of what needs to be done and is in a strategic position to coordinate the civil rights groups' participation.

What do you think?

I have been involved in movement building twice before.

Back in 1989 I started talking about the potential for peace in the world to my wife. My wife told me to talk to my pastor. My pastor shared our conversation with the congregation. I suggested he convene representatives of the other religions to make some joint plans. We met and planned a walk around Downtown from the Vets Memorial along the Scioto River, across the bridge to the other side, and back to City Hall where various religious leaders spoke. We synchronized our activity through Leo Gruliow, founder and director of the Current Digest of the Soviet Press, with Marina Litvinova, the leading translator of the bible in Russia with a comparable activity in Moscow on New Years Eve, December 31, 1989.

In 1991 I suggested Ross Perot running for President in tandem with Republican and Democratic Congressional candidates committed to reform. Jack Gargan carried the idea to Perot and then sprung it at a Kansas City meeting of the Coalition to End the Permanent Congress, which I co-chaired with Lionel Kunst (Al Franken's uncle). That June 1991 meeting was the launching pad for the draft/signature campaign for Perot's candidacy that was the most successful independent candidacy for the Presidency in U.S. history--even though Perot dropped out in mid-stream.

A dialog among like minded people is the way these started. The American people are ready for such a movement. They are fed up with criminals getting away with organized crime at a level that amounts to treason against the President and the Constitution of the United States of America.

73. Doris "Granny D" Haddock's movement for campaign finance reform
Mon Apr 15, 2013, 11:28 PM
Apr 2013

I should add what I learned from Doris "Granny D" Haddock, from her walk across the U.S. to create a movement for campaign finance reform.

Doris, whom I introduced to a gathering of supporters in Columbus, OH as "an angel in our midst," was credited by Senators Russ Feingold and John McCain with the passage of BCRA, the Bipartisan Campaign finance Reform Act. My wife/managing partner/paralegal Sibley and I walked with Doris between Ohio and West Virginia and then from Arlington Cemetery to the Capitol. Then, I bore witness on Earth Day to her arrest in the Capitol Building for unlawfully demonstrating by reading the Declaration of Independence in the presence of the Founding Fathers assembled there as paintings and/or statues in the Rotunda.

When Chief Justice Roberts engineered the destruction of her handiwork in his "Citizens United" decision ten years later, I was making plans with Doris to create a counter movement to that US Supreme Court decision. With the advice of Dennis Burke, her trusted confidant, she agreed to join with Ronnie Dugger and me to lead it. However, at the age of 100 at that point, she was promoted to a chair in heaven to counsel us from there.

When Congress was debating BCRA, Doris staged a one-person vigil outside, until they passed it. It was very much in accordance with the teachings of Gandhi and Martin Luther King, Jr.. She had reluctant Republican Senators and Congresspersons in fear that she would die while they delayed passage of this landmark legislation. Talk about the power of one person of firm will, conscience and love for humanity!

I could not agree more with you about time constraints upon corrective action. That's why I was entertaining the idea of a march on Washington. We need to empower our President and our Attorney General to crack the whip on the murdering crooks, thieves and liars who have been sabotaging our inheritance and that of our children and grandchildren.

It's really not that complicated. The FBI just needs to ask Karl Rove about the serial election stealing. When he declines the interview, he simply needs to be asked in front of a grand jury. If he takes the Fifth, he just needs to be prosecuted. There is plenty of evidence--enough to convict, and he knows it. My guess is that Karl will sing, will truly repent, and become a believer. He strikes me as a man with an excellent sense of reality. If Rove thinks he is being hung out to dry by ABC's Scandal, he may be anxious to come forward, help us clean up the financial mess, and be redeemed in history as a reformer.

If the President and DOJ made the decision that the banks will not be coddled any longer, the banks' lawyers would advise them to come clean and shape up as fast as possible, because the party is over.

So whoever has the power now just appoints another stooge to lead the FBI's inquest into Rove's serial election stealing. I am not being negative, just learning from the past.

You want a march to show our president that he has our support? What is that going to do against the constant pressure from the RW and the people who have threatened his life and the lives of the people he loves? We know they kill as a last resort, so it is my impression that our president is doing as much as he can to benefit our country, while appeasing them.

You are smart and determined, come up with a real plan. What you said in your OP:
We need to resurrect, revive, and reinvigorate our anti-trust (including the Glass-Steagall Act of 1933) and anti-organized crime laws and vigorously apply them against the 21st century global corporate cabal that seeks to enshrine predatory capitalism and casino capitalism as the new world order.
Makes sense, this is what worked before and it is what will work again. How to implement it against all odds is the problem we need to solve.

50. De-legitimize the Rove/Koch/Chamber Republican Party by investigation, litigation & demonstration

Thank you for your sensitivity to my analysis and views.

Rove created perceptions of reality from a position of power and trust in the White House. In 2007, Rove confidant and Bush loyalist, Jill Simpson exposed Karl Rove's corruption of justice and breach of trust by falsely instigating the criminal prosecution of Alabama Governor Don Siegelman. It cost Rove his White House job. The centrality of Jill Simpson's courageous testimony against Rove to his departure from the White House is reflected in Karl Rove's bizarre attack upon Simpson on national television on June 20, 2012.

From outside the White House Rove tried to stage a come-back in two stages: 1) a seismic shift of legislative power in the states and Congress by an across-the-board 3.5 point red-shifting of votes in the pivotal 2010 election cycle, and 2) a broad strategy to defeat President Obama's reelection and gain control of the U.S. Senate through: a) the Citizens United decision sought by Rove's political partner, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, unleashing unlimited, secret corporate expenditures funneled predominantly in aid of the Republican Party's candidates by Rove, b) blocking the President's appointments and policies to end the economic depression he faced upon entering office and c) Rove's usual set of dirty tricks like Swift-boating, urban voter suppression, and electronic vote count rigging.

Stage One was accomplished-practically unnoticed. Rove had defamed and discredited the exit polls which revealed the pervasive red shifting of votes. And, Rove had conditioned the press to view the small number of adherents to exit polls, as the international gold standard for detecting election fraud, as "conspiracy theorists."

Stage Two was unsuccessful due to blatant excessiveness of the billionaire and corporate spending, the indiscreet candor of key Republican candidates concerning their devotion to greed and economic amorality and a broad community of political, legal, journalistic, and intelligence leaders who exposed Rove's dirty tricks before they could have their poisonous effects.

Our problem now is to reconcile the success of Rove's Stage One in 2010 with our success in defeating his Stage Two in 2012, which has created a divided government, not by the will of the people but by Rove's successful cross-the-board vote count rigging in 2010.
Through strategic investigative reporting, litigation and public demonstrations, I believe we can de-legitimize the Rove/Koch/Chamber Republican Party and thereby restore the possibility of constructive political pluralism in the U.S. as was envisioned by the founders/framers of the Constitution. That would enable the needed legislative/executive restoration of New Deal policies and laws that worked before and can work again.

The President and Attorney General were the leading political and legal figures in our success in 2012. I believe they, with our aggressive help, can complete the task within the time frame envisioned in Martin Luther King's prophecy/promise made forty-five years ago.

I solicit the financial support of DU members for our efforts in this regard at: ElectionProtectionAction.org.

And, I thank everyone who has welcomed me to this forum and joined this conversation--especially siligut for her reply to which I am now responding.

I agree that the blatant activity of the RW brought voters out, but is that what threw a wrench into the rigged voting machines? Sheer numbers? Rove showed definite dismay when Ohio was declared for Obama.

Who was Don Siegelman's defense attorney and how did he die? Was prosecuting attorney Louis Franklin always a bit of a flake or did he seem to waffle only after his contact with Rove and Hillman?

I am sensitive to your analysis and views, you have organized some complicated material and you have an obvious desire to administer justice. It also seems that you have stamina, perseverance and resistance to manipulation. What you are lacking is funds. What is it that will make you successful where others have failed or not even tried?

59. Strategically countering Karl Rove's Seismic Shift of Legislative Power in the 2010 election cycle
Thu Apr 11, 2013, 02:09 AM
Apr 2013

Yes, I know quite a few of the specifics of how Rove's Stage Two was defeated. We were able to obtain funding for Jill Simpson to research, with physical visits to most of the facilities of Rove's set up for the 2012 election. We reported this research to law enforcement authorities, among others, which shut down or inhibited the implementation of Rove's plans. Some of Jill's research is reported at ElectionProtesctionAction.org in presentations at New York and D.C. press conferences on October 22 and 24, 2012.

Also, FresPress.org was able to obtain funding for cutting edge investigative reporting in regard to corruption in the 2012 election and that reporting was shared with the general public through some of the prominent main stream media.

Rove's dismay on election night 2012 is the subject of the Washington Spectator January 1, 2013 lead article that can be viewed either on their site or ours (ElectionProtectionAction.org). The Columbus based FreePress.org received a secret contract between the OSOS and ES&S for the installation of a software patch that would count approximately half of Ohio's votes in the 2012 election. We filed litigation over this software. We believe the spotlight that litigation put upon the software led counsel for those involved to advise their clients to make sure there was no vote flipping carried out by that software. We believe Rove was unaware of the late breaking change of plans, which is why he thought the Ohio vote was going to change in favor of Romney after Fox News called Ohio for Obama.

Our numbers analyst advises there was still substantial red-shifting of votes, but noticeably less in Ohio 2012.

While I have a fair amount of knowledge about Governor Siegelman's situation, particularly in relation to the organized criminal enterprise based in Alabama, including its involvement in orchestrating strategic political assassinations, and backing the serial election rigging activity orchestrated by Karl Rove, I have no direct knowledge of the specific questions you asked on that subject.

However, we believe Don Siegelman's first lawyer, David Cromwell Johnson, was assassinated, to prevent his considerable skills with the press and in the courtroom from exposing the criminal partisan purpose of that prosecution. Johnson attacked the Canarys (Bill and Leura) who were then functioning political partners of Karl Rove and Tom Donohue. Their political conspiracy was the jugular vein of the Siegelman prosecution. The most murderous organized crime operation in the U.S. had the motive, means and opportunity to make Johnson's death appear to be from natural causes at the age of 60.

My understanding is that Louis Franklin owed his job to Leura Canary and took his orders from her. I believe he was among those state and federal prosecutors who celebrated the successful conviction of Governor Signalman at Karl Rove's beach house on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Anyone there was in on the corrupt political basis for that prosecution.

We are now in a position, in part due to serendipitous developments, to have a reasonable probability of being able to undermine Mr. Rove's Stage One success, as soon as we can secure adequate funding. If Rove's Stage One 2010 success is not addressed before the next Presidential election, it will be much harder to defeat Stage Two of his comeback plan as it is applied to the 2016 Presidential election.

Rove's strategy has been to destroy the will to fight him among those who had the money, and to destroy the funding of those who had the will. We have the will and we will continue to fight Karl Rove to the full extent that our funding will permit. If we can get the
money to pay for the fuel, we have the vehicle to get to our destination.

60. On RW death threats against our President and the lives of the people he loves

This is in reply to this paragraph in your earlier reply to my post:

You want a march to show our president that he has our support? We know they kill as a last resort, so it is my impression that our president is doing as much as he can to benefit our country, while appeasing them.

My understanding is that thugs from the same gang of thugs that assassinated President John F. Kennedy showed President Obama the Zapruder film of JFK's assassination:

If a picture is worth a thousand words, a film is worth 10,000. Imagine getting someone to identify himself with a person whose brains are blown out while sitting next to his wife. . . Watching his wife try to gather his brains from the trunk of the car. . . Not too subtle a threat.

My understanding is that the FBI agent who was in charge of "cleaning up Dallas," was, as a private contractor, in charge of writing the software for the rigging of the 2004 Presidential election--the software portrayed in ABC TV's Scandal as having been used in Defiance County, Ohio to commit the crime of the century. These are just two of many links between the crime of the 20th century, of which November 2013 is the 50th anniversary, and what is being portrayed in today's most popular television series as the crime of the 21st century.

I share your belief that our president is doing as much as he can to benefit our country. Because of the threats he faces, I believe we have to do everything we can to benefit our country, also. Together, we can overcome any gang of thugs.

Quote from Marcus Tullius Cicero

"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague."

The FBI isn't a trustworthy entity when a Democrat is in office and that sort of implied, but never said, threat is standard for these mind manipulators. Years ago, one of my psychology professors explained that the field of psychology was expanded greatly after WWII, when the military became involved.

You know of Rove's "Jedi mind-tricks", these tricks are a bit more extensive and help to explain how he manages to insert his pawns into positions that cover his tracks. I believe these tricks also explain attorney Louis Franklin's confusion, as just one example. This seems to be an area in which you are strong, while resistance has little to do with intelligence unfortunately, it does have something to do with strong and deep conviction to ones principles.

I focus on this manipulation because it is a hidden factor that has far-reaching consequences that can derail your plans.

Have you experienced backlash for your activities?

Yes, we have been targeted by psy-ops and have experienced backlash.

The wealthy funders who fund Democrats and Progressives and their causes, with the proviso that no such funds and no recipients of their funds attack right-wing fraud, are trying to psychologically emasculate those Democrats and Progressives. When I asked Howard Dean if he had encountered anything like this, he told me, "No."

Of course not. Given his character, anyone would know he would not succumb to such manipulation.

The Fifth column within the Democratic Party and Progressive movement conditions us not to fall into that horrible trap of becoming a "conspiracy theorist."

We have had a major funder attacked and shunned by other major funders for supporting our efforts--particularly when we were completely exposing Rove's electronic vote theft empire in a national press conference right before the 2012 election.

Dealing with psy-ops is rather nebulous even for the professionals. Yes, the ridicule and disdain surrounding conspiracy theories can be a deterrent to even level-headed, common sense connecting of the dots. Seriously? The proviso that no funds be used to attack RW fraud? Do you get the impression that this is because they believe it is a waste of money, either because the fraud is well protected or because they think no real change will come of it? Or maybe they have been threatened. It is no secret that wealthy people get attention from powerful people.

A successful technique used in mind-manipulation, is for the operator to connect the the undesired behavior with an undesired outcome for the subject. An example would be the exposure of a damaging secret. This is successful because the subject has been convinced that the operator has tentacles everywhere and will know by some means, of the subject's activities. The deaths of people who disobey is of course an indication of power. The operator has been trained to always indicate more power and abilities than actually exist and if the subject is religious, then the subject already believes in the unseen.

You have placed emphasis on the TV program Scandal, I watched the 3-7 episode and am watching the 3-14 episode now. I like the casting and am amused at how much Cyrus Beene looks like Orrin Hatch. I know that popular TV programs can exert an influence on jurists. I am not sure how you believe the show will aid you in your pursuit of Rove. The show is enjoyable.

None of the above. It's my impression that this is strategic control by them of us. The price of their "help" to us, is their control of us, so that we do not go for their jugular, which is the election fraud and financial fraud which provides them billions and billions of largess.

These negative and destructive approaches are used by Rove and his associates as a last resort. The best among their problems may not even be threatened at all, because of the risk that, once forewarned, they could become insurmountable and victorious adversaries. The best are probably just killed because they cannot be effectively bribed or threatened.

Rove and associates exercise control more often with positive, supportive, generous and even idealistic approaches. For example, by framing a challenge to the integrity of the 2004 Presidential election as a challenge to the President and Commander in Chief in a time of war, Rove was appealing to the best nature and good will of the listener. And, in fact, as Scandal suggests, Bush was probably not in on the rigging operations orchestrated by Rove.

"You have placed emphasis on the TV program Scandal," . . . I know that popular TV programs can exert an influence on jurists. I am not sure how you believe the show will aid you in your pursuit of Rove."The

JFK and the Unspeakable by James Douglass refers to the choice we make, perhaps for the sake of our own sanity, not to believe in the worst of humanity. As fiction, Scandal does not demand that we believe in stolen American Presidential elections and political assassinations that are covered up--even by law enforcement authorities. It merely invites us to entertain these things as hypothetical possibilities. As fictional entertainment, legal and moral constraints are suspended. The truth, while dressed in a disguise can freely come out. Those who can handle it take it in their arms and dance with it. Those who cannot or chose not to can leave the party, go home and go to bed.

Scandal has delivered us Rover's head on a silver platter, so much so, that I believe one of our colleagues on DU was suggesting to me that ABC-TV was setting Rove up to take the fall, as a limited hang out, for a scandal much larger than the theft of one Presidential elect io through the rigging of electronic voting machinery in th estate of Ohio. In Scandal Karl Rove admits his responsibility for the theft of the presidency and right before our eyes calls up a professional assassin to take care of his lover as he is on the way to testify to a grand jury.

How, without a powerful, enduring Fifth Column--a private military/security complex--could we have missed the Crime of the 20th Century . . . three shots to the heads of JFK, MLK and RFK by trained assassins from that complex, officially attributed to lone, unaffiliated patsies?

How could we have missed the Crime of the 21st Century . . . three stolen national elections of 2000, 2004 and 2010 by professional hackers from that complex, still officially unrecognized as having been stolen?

Scandal breaks through these illusions by naming them "Crimes of the Century" and presenting "Karl Rove" admitting his desperate ambition for the Presidency.
