http://www.post-gazette.com/stories/local/region/selection-to-begin-monday-for-grand-jury-investigating-steubenville-rape-case-cover-up-682238/
Jury selection will begin Monday to seat a grand jury that will continue Ohio's investigations into the Steubenville rape case, according to Attorney General Mike DeWine's office.
The Ohio attorney general said last month the grand jury would convene in mid-April so the community would know "no stone has been left unturned" in the case of a 16-year-old West Virginia girl who was raped at an alcohol-fueled party last August.
In an announcement following the March 17 verdict, in which Ma'lik Richmond and Trent Mays were adjudicated delinquent of rape, Mr. Wine said 16 people refused to be interviewed during the state's initial investigation.
He stressed that a grand jury does not necessarily mean additional charges will be filed.

I am glad this is happening. There were so many rumors and comments when this story first broke, and if they are true then a lot of people have much to answer for.

(38,437 posts)1. That's good news and bad news.
The good news is these bastards, whoever may have been involved, will get what's coming to them. No bad news (see below) will trump this good news.
The bad news on a more local level is that this will spur another few weeks of DU having to be scolded about not telling young men that rape is wrong.
