6. this is the brit version I am watching

but I love the american one too. I hope Ian is in season 4 of shameless. If you haven't seen the Brit version I highly recommend it. I am watching the premire of season 8 which aired in 2011.

8. Ahh, I couldn't get into the Brit version.

I'm an episode behind on the US version so I assumed Frank said that or something. Going to watch them back to back tomorrow.

I hope Ian is in Season 4 too. I read about the Brit version and I don't like how his orientation was fluid and changed, though perhaps it's done well in the Brit version, I dunno. Ian on US Shameless is unabashedly who he is and I could never see that happening with him. Mickey and Ian's relationship is really Shakespearian for me, and I really can't wait to see where it goes but I know it probably won't have a happy ending like it damn well should.

9. It is done fairly well in the british version

He more falls in love with one woman than all women. At the end of season 7 he is back looking at men and breaks up with his woman. I do think the American version has done a better job with Ian and Mickey. On the other hand the Brit version did a much better job with Mandy and Karen.

I can't picture our US version of Ian dating a girl either lol. I just wish Mickey would get his act together and be who he is. I know his dad flipped when he found out but really, he's scum bag anyway. Who cares what that prick thinks? lol


I have not seen the British version though I would like to.
