Big Ed's show would be coming on live now. This is why he was moved

to week-ends. Can't have anyone on MSNBC criticizing this, can we? Apparently, not even the guests.

Tune in to Chris Hayes, his replacement now. I'm hoping to be proven wrong.

Before CH began in this time slot, LOTS of promos.

I really like CH and he seems to tell it like it is and is pretty objective, IMO.

right? If you believe everything else out of Ed's mouth, except his reasons for switching to weekends, then one can only assume that you only tuned into Ed to hear him trash Obama. Solution? Turn on FOX!!!!!

I think you'll like him. His weekend morning show was great. They did some really good coverage of budget issues including Social Security and Medicare. Really some of the best anywhere on TV. That could be because they had all week to get ready for it though. He's definitely coming from the progressive-left point of view. To the extent that he can control the content of the show, I don't think he is going to "sell out for money" or whatever. His book Twilight of the Elites was fantastic. A smart dude.

Tweety follows orders and said Obama had "Political Courage" for stealing from SS.

Rachel opened with lock picking

Martin Bachir did speak about it but was rather reserved for him, he did have three people on one was Peter Welsh (VT), the other two I can't remember but one was excellent.

I left Tweety on briefly since Joan Walsh is on frequently. Tweety thinks Obama did a great thing on 'entitlement' reform. It was very brave of him. Joy Ann Reid agreed wholeheartedly with Tweety.

Didn't turnon the tv until 4pm.

Guess they got marching orders from NBC execs!

Bernie is on Bill Maher for those who get HBO.
