(16,920 posts)1. I guess we'll have to wait for the reason for revocation
since they didn't give one. That should be interesting. Maybe this is a trend to hold gun sellers/buyers accountable in the same manner that dog owners are responsible for vicious dogs that maul people. There has to be a point of accountability somewhere. Lanza's mother might not have been such a gun advocate if it affected her ability to get homeowner's insurance or something of that nature because of the guns licensed to her.

South Windsor man accused of stealing guns, planning attacks
<snip>
But, police told Eyewitness News there have been records issues with Riverview Gun Sales in the past.
The East Windsor Police Department said Marsh stole at least a dozen guns from the store over the past few years and the store owners did not know any of the weapons were taken until detectives told them.
About five years ago, there were another three dozen guns from the store that were unaccounted.
Officials with Riverview Sales did not respond to requests from Eyewitness News for comment.

(951 posts)5. That's what happens when you let Mr. Slippyfingers handle your inventory.
They were "losing" dozens of guns.
