Ben Carson blasts 'vicious,' white liberal critics as ‘the most racist out there’

Dr. Ben Carson on Tuesday blasted his critics for heat he’s taken recently over controversial remarks on gay marriage, calling his white liberal detractors “the most racist out there.”

“They want to shut us up completely, and that’s why the attacks against me have been so vicious,” Carson said on the Mark Levin radio show. “I represent an existential threat to them. They need to shut me up, they need to get rid of me, they can’t find anything else to delegitimize me, so they take my words, misinterpret them, and try to make it seem that I’m a bigot.”

<snip>

“They’re the most racist people there are because they put you in a little category, a box,” Carson responded. “How could you dare come off the plantation?”

the advice would be for him to have a thorough medical checkup to see what might be causing this behavior.

I keep forgetting if it's ok or not to "play the race card". Herman Cain seemed to do it a lot, but all the conservatives who normally don't like the race card, didn't seem to have a problem with Cain playing it.

That's not because of his color...that's because of his stupidity. I guess it goes to show that a gifted brain surgen doesn't equal smartness about life in general.

and bestiality, people might kinda wonder where you're coming from. If you want to be in major-league politics, you'd better think before you talk. Of course, if that's what you really believe, be ready to take a whole lot of heat for it.

Or, better yet, stick to medicine.

...and then he keeps talking.

hilarious that I heard about this today because I had just said the other day that I didn't think Carson is as offensive and unhinged as Cain is. Boy was I wrong!

Not only was it offensive that he called people racists just for criticizing him, but by him using the "plantation" line, he was implying that black liberals cannot think for ourselves.

In reality, Carson is getting steamed at the wrong people. He should direct his outrage towards white conservatives, such as Trump and Limbaugh for bastardizing the first black president. My goodness...this man is supposed to be one of the geniuses in the Republican Party?
