actually it is photography that likely made the quiz not have teddy roosevelt and william mckinley on it.

Taft was the first President that went from being President to being a Supreme Court Justice.
President Obama will be the second.
It would be deliciously ironic if he replaced Scalia at that time, and he wrote the deciding
opinion when they reinterpret the 2nd Amendment.

Play ball.
