Jeez, the MF got away with it again!

We can, rightly so, blame Republicans

We can, rightly so, praise our team.

But bottom line, he got away with it again

Preet, on CNN, said it was doubtful that anyone would take him to court over the insurrection. He said they would think if they couldn't win with facts and political persuasion (impeachment) then it was doomed in a strictly legal venue.

Pelosi pretty much quashed the idea of trying to censure and include a provision where he would never run again. For now anyway.

So in a way I'm a little bit relieved. There was never any justice for the fact that this devil kept the virus information from us. He knew it was airborne and deadly and my dad would be alive today if he hadn't done that.

Bottom line it's time to forget about him for our own sanity. He is definitely sullied and I don't think he'll ever win a major election again so that's a plus. But I can't let my hatred for him consume me anymore. It's time (for me anyway) for him to just go away and get out of our lives.

Trump has a great deal to answer for.
I picture half a million souls haunting him for the rest of his life.

Yes we must focus on our own futures and what needs to be done in this country.
If we can help Joe with good governance and move on with our lives that is a beginning.

Sending thoughts your way.

of trump guiilt & no justice that makes it hard to let go. Jeez he didn't even get in any trouble at all for so many people dying due to his negligence.

LOVE your thought that souls are haunting him. They are in the ether saying, "wtf?"

I don't think you can kill half a million Americans and get away with it.
The bell tolls and it tolls for Trump.

At the very least the courts in GA and NY can harass him to death.

Very sorry about your dad.

had to respect the office of president. He is now a private citizen, subject to law, as Mitch and Castor said. No fixers like Cohen or Barr. No Rosenstein to land the plane. No Roy Cohn to defend him, just a circus of ineptitude and bad-faith bluster. And a trail of crimes a mile long.

get any hopes up, ever again. If you can orchestrate an insurrection against the US government and get away with it, you can get away with anything.

We have to remember what happened to us in 2010. I think we should have used the bully pulpit to defend our policies. We should have remained in promotion mode on some level.

And we should have voted more. We were asleep at the wheel.

We have known since at least Reagan, Atwater, and Gingrich what the GOP is all about.

I have known for a long time. I have no wish to seek common ground. I only wish to defeat them until they come to their senses...to a pulp.

around. And it is so fucking tiring to get outwitted at every turn. You just have to keep nose to ground like Stacy Abrams did in GA. But you have to have that vision and a long term plan.

he can surely handle a civil prosecution. Especially since he's got this well of others people's money to help him.

that would be the attempted theft of the 2020 election. And for anyone who needs proof of what happens when the world's biggest toddler fails to get his way, I just point them to 1/6/21.
