they think their immune system would be weakened if they follow mask and social distance guidelines or stay home. So they deliberately expose themselves to germs as much as possible thinking they're strengthening their immune system.

They're probably too dumb to eat fruits and vegetables and do regular exercise or even wash their hands with soap.
