In general, congressional candidates have higher overall favorability numbers than 45, so they poll better than he does. If they are losing support, then he is losing support as well, often more so.

The Texas changes are the most interesting in the above chart because if Republicans start flailing in those deeply red districts, there are plenty of other districts in which Dems are going to romp in, which bodes well for Biden in the state and for Dems chances to retake the House in the Texas State legislature.
