He needs to be hauled back before them, and given one last chance to "recant" his comment about the Trump campaign being "spied on" by the DOJ and intelligence community. Then begin impeachment proceedings when he wont. The term "spied on" implies something illegal or not above board was done - and it wasn't. And this jackbob was making the comment when he likely already knew that all the FISA warrants were solid.
