My guess was, those bank docs have been ready to deliver for 3-6 months at least.

If the NY branch manager of Deutsche Bank is facing a choice of being jailed by the NY DA for contempt or getting dissed by Trump in a tweet, I think he'll risk the latter, and take his chances.

Doesn't that mean that it has to be argued again? And decided on again? And won't trump appeal those decisions?

Delay, delay, delay is the trump game.

I know that NY will never give up, but I'm just hoping I live long enough to see trump in prison.

My understanding was that there were two different rulings. The request for DT's tax records by Congress was kicked back to the lower courts. But the case involving NY DA, Cyrus Vance's request for tax records from Duetsche Bank, was given the go-ahead to proceed. He can now seat a grand jury and it's full steam ahead.

Deutsche Bank does something shady when they release traitor Trump's records? Like not releasing all of the records or handing over falsified records? I know i'm paranoid but Deutsche bank is not the most trustworthy/ethical.

They have been burned by him too many times and his cronies at the bank were fired a while back. Time for them to write off their losses and right the ship.

His tax returns will show he's guilty of fraud on the payments to Stormy, et al. Deutsch Bank will show his Russian money laundering.
Here's my fantasy...he resigns thinking it will change everything and all this will go away.

But here we are less than 4 months from election day, and all those cans that got kicked are finally bearing fruit at a time that will hurt him the most. The only electability that man can claim runs through Moscow and it's a close call as to what will prevail: a blue tsunami, or red ratfuckery at full blast.

Sarah Kendzior (@sarahkendzior) Tweeted:
In 2010, Ivanka and Don Jr were nearly indicted for felony fraud. The district attorney who dropped the case -- after a hefty donation from Trump's lawyer -- was Cy Vance.

SCOTUS ruled that Vance, not Congress, can access Trump's tax returns.
