This seems intentional, and it's something beneath the Supreme Court. The decision should have come out day one. It's open and shut.

Let's not hold our breath. We know the ruling will favor trump, just as their ACA ruling today does.

How early or late into the yearly term were the cases argued? If late, that might be the cause.

(54,770 posts)4. We are going to lose some. Today's ruling on ACA included two "liberals" voting for trump's admin.
I believe most employers offering health plans are going to include coverage for contraceptives. Besides being the right thing to do and relative cheap, most employers aren't helped directly by pregnancies.
Personally, I don't expect getting the tax returns will show anything other than what we already know -- trump doesn't make as much as he claims, he's a failure.
