The footage was streamed on Facebook Live by the community page “365 Things to Do in Naperville, Illinois,” run by Ann Marie Holland and Ken Tracy. The couple told Storyful they were sitting on a bench nearby, heard the argument, and began filming.

Alyssa Helm, who identified herself as one of the teenagers in the video, commented on the post on Facebook, saying the confrontation had encouraged her and her friends to put up more of the “Black Lives Matter!” hearts around the neighborhood.

“I’m in this video and am very thankful for the nice people who came and helped. Thank you for recording this and letting us have a voice,” Helm commented on the livestream.

As protests condemning police brutality continued across the country following the death of George Floyd, who died on May 25 when a white Minneapolis police officer pressed his knee on Floyd’s neck, incidents like the one filmed in the Chicago suburb have emerged on social media.

It's not that people there aren't well off, but they live in houses unnecessarily large & preposterously expensive.
So, they might have 2 $80,000 incomes, but the debt load per capita is unreal, so it's "let's pretend we're rich" territory.

5. Notice that the dark haired woman who jumped out of her car in the middle of traffic

to tear down the hearts just threw them on the sidewalk and didn't bother to pick them up. Littering is OK, I guess, but not support for equality.

11. I Fear The Former

Many moved to that town from Aurora or Bolingbrook because it was "lighter".
That was during the explosive growth period, so may be moderated some by now, but I doubt by much.
There are good hearted people everywhere. I think in this town, they're outnumbered.
But, nasties do have to worry about getting outed at work for being jerks.
A couple get canned, & the rest might duck for cover.

9. I looked up the thread and the next couple of days tons of people added hearts to

the walls, brought families down to teach there kids about what BLM is really about. A few racist entitled jerks, hundreds more cancelling out the hate with love. Sorry, I don't know how to post, not even sure how to on my kindle, but if you Google Naperville BLM it comes right up.
