On the road to fire season 2020 in Idaho

Hunkered down in North Platte, Nebraska, after crossing Kansas from SE to NW on, mostly, backroads. Unloaded my truck in a horrible windstorm here. Day three of the road trip.

I saw a few people with masks at rest areas in Tennessee on Sunday. The Homewood Suites employees in Paducah. Kentucky, that evening had masks.

I spent night two at a Home2 Suites on the north side of Wichita. Zero face mask compliance there. I was the litteral Lone Ranger.

Zero COVID-19 compliance anywhere on the drive between Wichita and North Platte. Peeded and pooped on side roads. But I have that down to a science.

Zero face mask usage here in North Platte, that I can see. Except for me.

Taking care of "business" on the side of the road is vastly better to using roadside toilets these days, IMO.

Have fun, report back.
I was stationed on a Lighthouse when I was in the USCG, that's probably similar to a fire watch, only with water?
