This happened Wednesday, June 10, 2020 in a park in Torrance, California.
Thinking about it, I guess it's possible this woman has a mental problem, but it sounds to me it's just out and out racism.

(6,853 posts)In the full video, you see the older woman nearly clip the younger woman at the heels when she (older woman) walked down the steps - she made a sharp turn to cut the young womans step-back.
Just a miserable human being and racist. We dont play games here anymore is quite telling. Shes got license to intimidate with Trump in the White House.

(28,787 posts)just looked it up today after learning this on fb - even now, almost 65 years after i was born, the city's black population is only 2.2%. In the 70's they refused federal transportation funds because they would have had to hire minorities.
When I was about 12, a black family moved into our neighborhood. They lasted about 9 months. I moved out at 17 and as far as I know that neighborhood still doesn't have a black family living in it.

(4,219 posts)They have a great Farmers Market there on Tuesday and Saturday mornings. Lots of vendors and amazing peaches and apricots are now coming in!!! Soooo good So sweet.
Found the first corn there on Saturday, most excellent!!!
The screaming women clearly is angry at a lot of things besides someone not quite blocking the stairs.
Gyms are not open yet in LA County...
