11. I don't read this the same way

The report states "Floyd had tested positive for COVID-19 on April 3 but appeared asymptomatic."

Couple that with the fact the killing was May 25th.

That is a full 7 1/2 weeks after. Which is more than enough time for him to be healed and a non-issue. Especially if he never suffered symptoms.

I have no doubt that the defense will try to use it but this seems meaningless. At best it is context and at worse it is a smokescreen
