So I'm watching "Jeffrey Epstein: Filthy Rich" on Netflix

and I'm like, "what a fucking pig!!!"

He destroyed, IMHO, the lives of hundreds of young girls.

He had his very own adolescent prostitute ring, and the girls recruited one another.

Yet there was always some sleazebag he could turn to to keep him out of trouble.

I'm about an hour into the documentary and I'm simply floored.

I really had no idea how immoral and evil this man was. Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Some of the girls that were interviewed talked about the cameras he had everywhere and how he videotaped clients without their knowledge.

I wonder what happened to all of his stuff on the island? Where are the videotapes? If they were confiscated and/or destroyed, who did that? I do not believe that he killed himself.

All he had were men that had a taste for young girls. He was a securities trader that had no training in that field and whose coworkers questioned his competence, yet he had higher ups running interference for him -he had no island then, no private jets, all he ever really had was a knack for finding immoral men that had wealth or power or both.

Alex Acosta who gave Epstein the sweetheart deal, and closed down the federal investigation into his crimes. That is why he had to resign. Don't forget NY police officials who let him get away with not registering as a sex offender even though it was the law. Wealthy people get away with murder.

As a side note...Bill Barr's father gave him a teaching job at a private school, and he had no teaching degree. Cozy bunch, weren't they?

What Epstein did was use the amorous nature of powerful men to get his way. He likely blackmailed a lot of powerful men. Women can get caught in the same trap, but my guess is their basic nature will make them less likely to get into such traps. Longterm, parents need to teach their sons that they don't need to win at everything or be "the man", basically show more humility and more concern for the wellbeing of others. A man that cared that young girls were being abused would have used his power to get Epstein put in prison for the rest of his life, not sleep with his victims.

A former FBI agent and a law enforcement consultant speculated that Epstein must have been an asset for an intelligence agency because that's the only plausible explanation as to how he got away with it. He may have had evidence or was collectig evidence against a US adversary.

The rumor that Epstein was an intelligence asset was a rumor that he started for various reasons.

The ‘Epstein-Barr’ Problem of New York City’s Dalton School

JERRY LAMBE
July 13th, 2019, 10:50 am

Excerpt...

Epstein, who was charged last week by federal authorities in the Southern District of New York with sex trafficking with sex-trafficking and conspiracy to commit sex-trafficking, was a 20 year old college drop-out when he was hired to teach at Dalton by the school’s headmaster Donald Barr in the mid 1970’s. Donald Barr was the father of current United States Attorney General William Barr, who is currently overseeing Epstein’s prosecution.

According to at least one former student, Dalton alums have long joked about Barr’s hiring of Epstein..

“The joke has been [that] this is the Epstein-Barr problem at Dalton, said Harry Segal, a 1974 graduate who is now a senior lecturer at Cornell University and Weill Cornell Medical College, in an interview with the Huffington Post. Epstein-Barr is a type of herpes virus best known as the cause of infectious mononucleosis.

Scott Spizer, who graduated in 1976, said that Epstein was most remembered for his “persistent attention” on teenage girls in the hallways, recalled a night when the young educator showed up at a party where Dalton students were drinking.

“I can remember thinking at the time, ‘This is wrong,’” Spizer said in an interview with the New York Times.
