She could have gotten this man killed. She's simply a modern-day version of the kind of white woman who pointed her finger at the nearest innocent black man and with three words, "That's the one," consigned him to death at the hands of her husband/brother/father/police.

Such people are incapable of being reached by words, no matter how politely they are spoken, they only see somebody who fits a stereotype they saw on TV and only rarely are those people white.

You really can't reach such people. About all you can do is hope their stupidity kills them before it kills you.
