1. All he can do is deny the accusation. The burden of proof is on the accuser.

I have been pleased that he is not disparaging Tara Reade or minimizing the gravity of the matter. He doesn't know her motives, he denies that any assault happened and he has explained where to find any record that she might have filed concerning her allegations. I don't know what more he can do.

He did not attack her. He wouldn’t.
