Jim Bakker: I never said that, please send money

Jim Bakker now claims he never said his Silver Solution cures coronavirus. And because the grift is eternal, he begs for checks. (Of course Right Wing Watch has the clip in which he brings on a shill to "strongly suggest" exactly that.)

His idiot son jumps into the thread to defend Daddy with weaselwording (he knows how the grift works) and gets smacked down.

people will avoid you because you'll look sick and weird, and you won't get the virus. That's how it works!

Staged guestimonials are one of, if not the, oldest tricks in snake-oil history.

The kid is about as stupid as his father.

Well, maybe he can set up a booth at a "bazaar" and sell it there.

It's just on Twitter of course, but I wonder if he still threw himself on the ground and looked up at the monitor with tears in his eyes as he clutched his arm. You know, out of habit.

That's not dyslexia, that's illiteracy.

Plus, I had my fill of the grifting/criminal Bakker family when I lived about 20 minutes from their Heritage Village where they all lived the high life off of bilking old people of their money. I'll never forget the article about their lifestyle and how their dog's doghouse was air conditioned.
