Turnberry is supposedly pretty nice but it's losing money. Golf resorts rarely make big profits. It was losing money even before Trump bought it. https://www.bloomberg.com/opinion/articles/2018-07-13/trump-s-u-k-trip-a-money-losing-scottish-golf-paradise Doonbeg has never made money either, losing about $1 million a year. https://www.vanityfair.com/news/2019/09/mike-pence-ireland-doonbeg But even if they were making money Trump would want more.
