Please, don't impeach just yet.

Make the Trump stench fester. Start the hearings when congress returns. Investigate everything, starting with things like;
Why were the Trump children not charged?
What really happened in the Seychelles islands?
Was Barr’s appointment “The Fix”?
I am sure we can come up with 20 more points to air out.

Learn from the Bengasi hearings. The republicans made a lie into years a filling the airwaves with disinformation. The democrats have truth and facts use this as way to inform the public of all the corruption in the republican party. Air all their dirty laundry every night on the news for months. Stir up their shit every Friday weekend news cycle. Give our talking heads lines to say. Expand on the republicans think it is okay that ….(insert today's revelation here).

Make it so any senator voting to not impeach will imperil their own reelection. Drag it into the republican primaries. Make them beg for an actual vote to impeach in the house.

Well that is what I would like to see anyway.

The senators get to do the official trial, but the public trial in the media could be controlled by the house up front

Gathering moss. The Mueller report is not going away and everyday it will be in the news. I can see the glee on the faces of news people who are angry they have been demonized and called fake news while they are carrying out their 1st amendment rights. There is too much for them to report.

… impeach needs 67 votes to convict - and then we get President Mike Pence. Best to impeach the lame duck January 2020, just to have it on record.

Mueller says the second way to go after Trump apart from impeachment is to just charge him after he's left office. But if there's a whiff of that in the air he might still resign or arrange a plea deal where he avoids prosecution. All that's assuming he doesn't win in 2020.

5. How many citizens watch committee hearings vs. how many would pay attention to impeachment?

Committee hearings indulge every freaking committee member for five minute spurts of grandstanding.

An impeachment inquiry has a PROSECUTOR. And stronger media coverage.

The goal is to focus the public on the corruption and the crimes. Impeachment is a bigger lens.

Show trial in the media.
Sargent of arms arrest Barr immediately after testimony.
or that blackwater guy, that would be fun.

Media coverage and public attention will depend more on who is testifying and what they reveal.

Let's gather our facts. Let's see what tactics work and what don't. Let's throw things out there and see what sticks. Let's see how the MSM treats revelations from the investigations. I don't see anything wrong with that at all. Then, after we've done our homework on the cable news networks and CSPAN, we start impeachment hearings for the whole wide world to see with only the greatest hits from what we've gathered from our month's of investigations. Nothing wrong with that at all.

15. Yes! After a summer of filling the airwaves with Trump stench.

Start the official hearings on impeachment Tuesday after labor day, fill the news cycle with the "greatest hits" of the summer.

Get as much Trump stink all over the republicans as possible.

Because the day after the vote to impeach in the house, the news cycle will become Turtle man and the nothing to see here choir.
