Any violation of the order, the judge said, would be a basis for revoking Stones bond or detaining him pending trial. If he didnt comply, she told him, shed find it necessary to adjust your environment. Now shes already been tasked with reviewing two potential violations of the order.

After all, the only weak and stupid people who might manage to become U.S. District Court judges, in one of the most desirable districts also, are appointed to serve Republicans.

The order is pretty scathing. I think she is giving him a pro forma chance to defend the indefensible. He won't be able to do it (and I wouldn't be surprised if he violates the order again in the meantime), which will cause him to go to jail. I think she doesn't want to have him hauled off just yet but would rather give him plenty of rope to hang himself with, giving him no justification for holding himself out as a martyr to the Deep State.
