Outside of the principal accusation, he lied blatantly at least four times by my count

1- when he kept insisting that four people said "it never happened". For someone to say that they can't recall an incident is not the same as saying it never happened, and Kavanaugh knows that.

2- when he claimed that "Renate alumnius" merely referred to a circle of friends instead of a reference to a sexual conquest and also tried to paint Renate Dolphin's denial of sex with him as some sort of positive.

3- when he said that "devil's triangle" referred to a drinking game

4- when he said that "boofing" referred to flatulence.

Boys often warned their female friends about getting involved with guys they designated as "4-F" - which meant males whose only goal with respect to girls was Find 'em, feel 'em, fuck 'em, and forget 'em.

At the time, the war in Viet Nam was in full swing, and there was still a draft. The reference to being "4-F" was a play on the term that meant someone was unfit for service.

Kavanaugh's explanation for this phrase - that it was an inside joke about a friend who stuttered before saying the word 'fuck' - was totally ludicrous.

I am a few years older than Kavanaugh but know that his entire suite of explanations was complete bullshit.

The sad thing here is that judges are supposed to be level-headed and non-partisan, and this guy is the complete opposite - an unhinged RW lying lunatic. And he is already a sitting judge.

I'm sure he spent the last week trying to come up with explanations for all of those yearbook references.

First he said he did not remember writing it nor submitting it, it might have been edited, but whatever. Then he said he never hung out at wild parties and only drank with his upstanding prep school male buddies (ok, one became an addict and that was tragic) when he wasn't lifting weights or worshipping his lord and savior, helping his dad or working during summer so there is no way he would know about such things. Completely naive and innocent, never heard about anything bad ever happening. Next he is able to magically remember what each of those now perfectly innocent yearbook entries meant. Nothing to do with sex or girls...just innocent junior high type stuff about farts and drinking games between male friends. Oh and Renate was just a really great girl he and all of his friends admired, so why not include her in the all male yearbook?

Completely un-fucking-believable and outright contradictions.

This willful liar under oath does not belong on the Supreme Court.
