HE's worried about someone messing with his food (perhaps if he weren't such an asshole this wouldn't be a problem). When there's already 5 Big Macs on the assembly line and a junior staffer fetches the McD's, the employees won't know who the Big Mac is going to.

Yes, even McDonald's. Do you really think any president goes and gets his own food?

In the Bering for 30-40 days, you have to make your own entertainment.

I had crabbed for years, went deep sea trawling for a few years, crab trip usually 16 days at most, trawling you stay out till you need to get fueled up, no 50 hour stretches on deck either.

Irishmen taught me how to trawl, those guys have a sense of humor that can take off paint, I have story's and jokes you wouldn't believe.

Damn that was a fun time.

I've been told that some restaurants hold all credit card tips until the end of the week or even month before they're doled out.

She said it's really nice to get a $20 for a table in cash.

20. Yes cash only

We have a local Chinese buffet that's very popular and we found that the owner keeps all the tips paid by card., so it's cash only for tips.

You kind of wonder about the dominance the owner uses over employees as none of them seem to have been in the states all their lives.

Cash doesn't end up in the owners pocket.

I hope.
