the legislation he signs. That is very Ronald Reagan of them. Didn't norqhwest say they just need someone who can hold a pen and sign in a President? Nixon was a rat****** and a crook but cared what policy he was signing. Trump just wants to fold up the checks and balances to protect russian rat******* and himself. So he can continue to not care what bills he signs. He's both Nixon and Reagan.
