Ageism?

I alerted on this post twice yesterday and the mods obviously disagreed with me. I don't want to call the mods out, I really appreciate the work they do. I'm just wondering where the line is, so I don't waste their time in the future.

1. Good question

Questions of ageism don't come up as often as you might think in the moderator forum, and so I think there is not always the rush to delete posts that may contain ageism as there is to delete other types of bigotry. Nevertheless we do mention age in our "Bigoted/Insensitive" rule so after further review I have decided to remove the post.

Please note though that I can't guarantee that this sort of thing will always be removed by the moderators in the future. They do have to make judgment calls and won't always agree on the same course of action. Thanks for understanding.
