21. in the bush years they grew comfortable with their own inconsistencies.
boxes to box oneself into no longer exist.

The new mantra will be the urgency to make sure Obama isn't reelected. They will then go on a banning binge of some of the same folks who are still there (after the Romney purge).

Same old same old at that site.

33. As I recall, supporters of McCain were banned from FR in 2008
People may complain about Obama-bashing on DU, but it's hard to imagine this site banning supporters of the Democratic Presidential candidate during a Presidential election.

6. They will probably start a "Draft Sarah Palin" initiative.
Edited on Sat Nov-05-11 04:30 PM by The Velveteen Ocelot
Since she's pretty much disappeared from the limelight recently (a situation that must be very distressing for her), the FR boyz in their moms' basements have nothing to look at while they're touching themselves with their pudgy little Cheeto-stained fingers. How sad.

9. What Percentage Of The Vote Do You Think That Ticket Would Garner?
I'm guessing fifteen percent and it would all come out of Romney's hide.

12. It might garner Obama a 45 state victory so I'm all for that.
I'm not sure it would be enough for Obama to win places like Utah or Oklahoma; but it would certainly push GA and TX to him.

Cain/Palin&Bachmann Why...because if you add up the IQs of Palin and Bachmann it might be normal intelligence. Although Cain's no mental heavy weight.

28. Right, just as they fell in line behind Bush.
From Wikipedia:

Robinson "famously blasted George W. Bush's presidential candidacy back in 2000, before a dramatic late-campaign about-face that saw him emerge as one of the GOP ticket's biggest supporters."<16> These shifts signalled internal battles comparable to the nomination controversies of 2007 "as its founder and chief administrator first cleansed commenting ranks of Bush supporters, then, later, rallied to his support."<16>

The source for the Wikipedia article is in the New York Observer, which also reports that RimJob "first cleansed commenting ranks of Bush supporters, then, later, rallied to his support."

I don't see a Palin or Cain third-party candidacy. Most of the Freepers would suck it up and vote for Mitt, but those who don't would leave the line blank, vote for the Constitution Party, or write in someone like Jim DeMint.

It may be harder for them with Romney though-I hope those of us here who monitor that crazy house will post up some links to the more humorous threads.
