February 2011 - Prayer, Light and Healing Requests Thread
Many thanks to OneGrassRoot for shepherding us through January 2011.

February’s prayer thread is dedicated to Hebe, the water bearer, as the Greek goddess most associated with Aquarius. (I had to do some research on this.) This sun sign for this time of year (early February) is Aquarius, but additionally we are awaiting the agonizingly slow and rather controversial transition from the Age of Pisces to the Age of Aquarius. As a child of the Sixties, Hair was a big influence on me, and I can’t read these words without humming the tune. And hearing this in my own mind takes me back to my youth.

Harmony and understanding
Sympathy and trust abounding
No more falsehoods or derisions
Golden living dreams of visions
Mystic crystal revalation
And the mind's true liberation
Aquarius!
Aquarius!

Alas, I think our world can use some Aquarius.

Greek mythology is not without drama, so we have both a female (Hebe) and a male (Ganymedes) water bearer. Although Zeus may have preferred Ganymedes to his own daughter, she has not been forgotten. Here is Hebe honored in our refurbished Court Square fountain……………………………….somehow she survived some of our citizens’ attempts to clothe her, LOL. They must have been trying to rewrite Greek mythology.

Here she is offering water or ambrosia to a building.

Since I am more of a visual person with fountain photos than I am a wordsmith, I will quote a Tarot blog that I found about what we can draw from February, Hebe, and Aquarius.

http://tarotmom.blogspot.com/2010/01/imbolc-hebe-aquarius-and-star.html

As the Earth slowly awakens from its winter slumber, it enters a period of almost juvenile youth. These late winter storms can be strong, and even harsh, as if the water and wind don't know their own strength. Yet it is through the gift of these waters that the land is reborn. The trials we face as a young adult or teen are often the ones that shape us into the adults we become. I think we can all stand to take time to look back at our youth and the lessons we learned from this period of vitality. Also, we can look at our lives now, in what ways are we still growing, still "young"? In what ways might we benefit from having the youthful attitudes of rebellion, independence, innovation, or creativity? …………………………………………….Yes, as we grow older we grow wiser, but sometimes in life it may be necessary to take a youthful stance, to trust that youthful part of ourselves to make the right choices and win the battle we face.

Consider this; "Aquarius takes as its purpose the experimentation with all established structures. It freely crosses all man-made boundaries in order to experience the new and unusual. It is related to reform within the structure of a group, bringing innovative ideas." ~ M.J. Abadie, from "The Everything Tarot Book.

Maybe it's time to ask Hebe to give us some of that Youth-like exuberance and innovation. The Earth is in a state of renewal and rebirth, and as her inhabitants, so are we. And this month, in our prayer thread, let us celebrate the dawning of the Age of Aquarius, its water bearing goddess Hebe, and our inner youthfulness.

And in a bow towards Chinese astrology, let’s also welcome the year of the Rabbit which is about to begin—said to be a rather laid back year sandwiched between the wilder, tumultuous Tiger and Dragon years. I don’t know about the rest of you, but the Tiger year definitely is going out in typical style around here. I am looking forward to a calm, creative Rabbit year! If we combine this with our youthful exuberance and creativity as embodied by Hebe, the sky is the limit for each and every one of us in the Year of the Rabbit!

And, as always, may the white light and pure love of the angels and guides shine on each and every request and prayer in this thread, and the positive orgone energy multiply the good wishes and intentions of all here, for the best whole health of all concerned, harming none.

I will be making a post about that one in a couple of days.

In the mean time, I'd request special energy for my sister, who is going through some health challenges right now. Thanks in advance.

7. All prayers for JanusAscending would be greatly appreciated by her family.
Her daughter had previously informed us that she had been diagnosed with Lyme Disease. She just told me the following:

"We've recently received another diagnosis: small cell lung cancer. She'll be undergoing additional testing to determine how far it has - or hasn't - progressed. We really need your prayers. And thank you so much for staying in touch and letting her know that you're all here for her. It means so much to her."

Thank you. :(

Seriously, thanks for starting the February thread, C. It's lovely--and provides a beautiful earworm that sends out good vibes as it bounces around in our brains. (I love that musical--one of my all-time favorites.)

Sending light to everyone who's posted on this thread already.

Asking continued healing for MG Jr. Took him to the pediatrician today because he still has a fever (five days!) and a very phlegmy cough. Doctor called it "pneumonia", which is perfect to freak out my older relatives who live in fear of it, but actually it's just a lower-respiratory infection (instead of upper). He's already had his first dose of antibiotics, so may the healing begin!

17. I could use whatever y'all can throw at me
I've got the bronchitis again, and a cold. I had to stay home from work today because the cold got to the nausea, fever, and all-coughing-all-the-time stage. I'll be going back to work tomorrow, but am thinking of calling a naturopath that was in the office next to the energy healer I saw last week (for my on-going allergies and mild asthma problems.)

I've done every home-remedy I can stomach, including one that worked the first time on the bronchitis. The second time around, my body seemed intent on ignoring all of my efforts to thwart it (20,000 IU Vit. D and 50,000 IU Vit. A per day.) I don't know what's going on with my immune system, but it needs help. This is the fourth time I've gotten bronchitis since last August and I'd like it to be the last time!

So, whatever help y'all can send this way will be greatly appreciated. I'm going to bed now, so maybe a little more rest will help in receiving energy :)

Namaste
Eric

18. gosh, Eric
Definitely sending you healing.

I hope you are taking those amounts of vitamins in the face of medical evidence and competent medical advice...........At face value the Vitamin A seems way too much for me, and blood levels of vitamin D need to be regulated when taking those amounts. These are both fat soluble vitamins and subject to buildup in the body. Perhaps they are indicated in your case, but I just thought I would toss that out there.

Take care, and hope you are out of bronchitis mode soon.

19. The Vit. A amount is from the book "Nutritional Healing"
whereas the Vit. D amount is from some research I did online. I stopped taking the Vit. A primarily because of a sore throat (makes swallowing pills difficult) but am still taking the D3. I have read that there's no discerned upper limit on daily dosage D, so I'm not worried about that.

I've been considering getting a "salt fog ionizer" for my bedroom. I have a salt pipe (ceramic inhaler filled with salt for asthma therapy) but haven't used it as much as required. This ionizer sounds like it might be worth trying...

Thanks for the healing

20. consider this
I trust Dr. Mercola's site, for the most part.......

http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2010/12/11/vitamin-d-update-carole-baggerly-and-dr-cannell.aspx

Negative Vitamin D Results Frequently Due to Vitamin A in Cod Liver Oil
Dr. Cannell brings up additional food for thought with regards to some of the studies that suggest detrimental effects from vitamin D.

"It's important for people to realize that of the several hundred studies that have come out in the last couple of years, not all of them are positive, for reasons that I believe has to do with vitamin A.

There is a U-shaped curve in some of the studies, especially the ones that come from Scandinavian countries… Most of the cohorts that were studied in these papers had their dietary information taken in the 80s and 90s and their blood drawn at that time. The intake of cod liver oil especially in the Scandinavian countries in that time was substantial.

When you take cod liver oil, you'll increase your vitamin D level but with it you'll get toxic amounts of vitamin A. There are a number of studies that shows that vitamin A is not a good thing to have an excess of."

That said, the randomized control trials that have been done have not shown any damage or any danger from high amounts of vitamin D. In fact, most studies that are now using higher vitamin D dosages are showing significant, positive treatment effects.

Also, if you are going to take those amounts of Vitamin D without competent medical advice, please consider getting a single home test done. They have them for sale here, at reasonable prices.

http://www.grassrootshealth.net/

When they are talking about no upper limit of vitamin D, they are talking about 10,000 IU per day. That still is quite a bit and I personally would not even take that much without a blood test.

Good luck.

22. The important thing to remember about my regimen
was that it worked the first time I tried it, about a month ago. Then, when I needed it to work again, this time it didn't. It's not an on-going dosage, just for a short time of 4-7 days, tapering off after 4 days. I don't normally take daily vitamins; I rely on what I get from fruits and vegetables for the most part and that's been fine most of my life. The only thing I've taken regularly in recent months is quercetin, for its natural anti-histamine effect on my allergies. Much better than taking Benedryl :)

So, why did the high-doses of A and D work once but not twice? There was plenty of time between using it both times for any excess to be flushed out and my system normalized again.

This is the book I used (though my copy is the second edition):
Prescription for Nutritional Healing

24. oh, okay
Probably okay for a short time. I don't know. It could be a pH issue. I stopped a cold dead in its tracks by drinking a lot of fresh squeezed limed in water, in between meals. I think that would work best at the very first sign of illness. That is the only thing I have ever used that I am convinced worked..........immediately. But I took it within an hour of starting to feel bad. (A lot of people around me were very sick with the virus).

So, now I am now a fresh lime juice fan!

27. dr. cannel of the vitamindcouncil.org says vitamin a competes with d for absorption
some info here: http://www.vitamindcouncil.org/newsletter/2008-december.shtml

the thing with fat soluble vitamins like A is that it can be toxic and it stays in the body until used up. vitamins like b-complex are water soluble and promptly released when in excess.

maybe it worked before because you didn't have an excess store of vitamin a to compete with the d?

if it was me I would take my usual herbal ally olive leaf extract 1 two times daily but that is what I have found works best for me when coming down with an infection after years of trying with varying success echanaecia , oregon grape root (same active constituent as goldenseal but not endangered or as expensive), astargalus & reshi. If I think it might be a flu or a flu and something else I take a homeopathic w/ Influenzinum which has worked the last 2 or 3 times I thought I might be getting the flu after being around someone just as they showed symptoms themselves.

will send reiki your way and to all other requests!

I think at this point, I'm going to call the clinic I've used in the past, get the antibiotics (because they'll work now) and then go see a naturopath because I don't think I know what I'm doing with this. I'm trying things I read about that sound good, and may work at first, and then other things I try don't work. Best to get the opinion of someone that does this for a living, than stumbling around trying to self-diagnose.

Hopefully the clinic will be open today (icy conditions locally, and that's unusual around here, so most people have stayed home; work is a wasteland right now.) And I'll call a naturopath next week, see about getting an appointment :)

Sending some gold healing mist to wash through your space and take away the ickies. Try checking spiritually if something is 'corded' into you or hanging out in your space, and remove it...(we are getting alot of healing from the angels right now, but also a lot of energetic 'hitch-hikers' too)...either wash it out of your space, or if it is a being, remove the contract and say "no thanks, I am done"

never mind what it's "about" just allow yourself to say you are done and get rid of it, try a hot epsom salt bath to draw out toxins , too

just my "read" of the situation  feel better soon, i know, this time of energy shift is very challenging for us all! :grouphug:

26. I may not be able to get into work tomorrow morning,
as this "killer ice storm" is lagging in coming through. So, all the worst isn't coming right now, but closer to sunrise. It's misting at the moment, so everything will get nice and wet before the sleet starts (if it does.) I'll have just to look at reports and watch (gag) local news some for details. And y'all can just keep your 15-degree weather, m'kay? ;) Post pics of the snow if you can :)

I don't know if this sickness is the same thing I spread to y'all last June (and I'm still really sorry about that, though I had a great time visiting) or just another case of deep bronchitis. I'm getting desperate tonight, thinking of going back to the clinic I've used before, or finding a new one, just so I can get some antibiotics. I was coughing up the gross stuff on the way home from work today, making me wonder how bad it is in there... Although that may just be a good clearing out, I may have to go with the medical ways after all.

I'm still going to try and get in a soak in the tiny-tub tonight, once my laundry is done. Slacks are no help in cold weather! Thanks for the vibes! :hi:

31. Actually, I'm at work right now ;)
I came in late just to be able to see the road surfaces as I drove. It wasn't bad at all. The freeways are shut down because the bridges are all frozen over, and there's hardly anyone here, not even my supervisor. However, his supervisor is here, and has seen me, but he knows I'm sick, too. So, I'll just get an appointment at the clinic I use this afternoon and head over there from here, as it's nearby. Less driving with more crazy Houston-drivers ;)

I did fall asleep soaking in the bathtub last night, though... :P

32. My little sister needs prayers and healing energy desperately.
I wrote about her a couple weeks ago and she is deteriorating. Her husband had to leave a few months ago and he had to take my 3yo niece after the incident a couple weeks ago and her two sons are still living elsewhere.

She is left sitting alone in her house, and as a paranoid schizophrenic without meds, I feel she is in serious danger of harming herself for the final time.

I drove by the other night and it was completely heartbreaking to see her sitting all alone in the front window.

I cannot help her in person any longer as she attacks me. I have started texting her so she knows I love her, but it's all I can do for her at this point.

Please pray and send healing energy for her.

May I also ask for healing energy for my daughter? She keeps expecting her ex, a serious pill junkie and alcoholic, to realize how wonderful she is and straighten out for their 18 mo son's sake. It hasn't happened in 4 years and doubt it will anytime soon. She needs to be able to move on and let go.

He needs prayer also, for clarity and healing of his addictions.

Thank you my darlings! :grouphug:

I also add my prayers and send loving, healing energy to all in need in this thread, and everywhere, for healing and peace.

52. Mnemosyne, I'm sending you the biggest hug through the ethers...
that I can muster. I can feel that you're a nervous wreck from all of this stress. :( It's so difficult to care about people and not be able to "fix" things for them. I know that it's difficult, but all that we can do is be there for them if they're open to it and send love and light their way. Each of these people is here to learn the particular lesson that they're dealing with right now. Hopefully they learn it this incarnation, but it's truly something that only they can make happen.

I am sending light and love to all of you, and I'm asking for the Universe to allow you to find balance so that you can be at peace even with all of this drama swirling around you. You deserve to not be a victim of everyone else's bad decisions, even though you care deeply about each of them.

101. I just saw your reply, IHAD. Thank you for the energy. I am learning to just
let it go, but damn is it hard at times! I have such beautiful support here,

it is making a tremendous difference in my life. I am slow to find clarity at times,

but am working on that too. This middle-aged woman can learn new tricks!

Sister was allowed to have little daughter for a couple days, then went and got son, age 13,

that is a danger to them. :banghead: It is not mine and I release the worry I have held over it out into to the Universe.

Thanks for being here, it matters. :hi::loveya:

34. not sure about posting here...but
I need help with some jealousy issues...
see, that 'boyfriend' from a year or more agio and i have managed to salvage a friendship once more and were even kicking the idea of really dating and putting our minds to it. But the issue is that i feel like he is really just spending time with me until he can either run back to the abusive ex gf he left me for in the past, or that he is actively looking for someone else to hang his hopes on...when i am standing right freaking here and we do so well when we are actually allowing ourselves to BE together.
he has been housesitting this past week and we have been really pouring it on, spending alot of time together, even going on a real date for the first time in a long time...

and now he's blowing it,
He had a 'friend' who just happens to be a chick who also works for the forest service, come into town to check on jobs in tahoe, and he is putting her up. he even said he thought i'd like her and that i should come out last night to hang out...well he didn't call me till almost 8 pm ( i told him it was a good thing i wasn't waiting to eat dinner...) and said they were going to "stay in"...and i said i was just gonna stay home, i hope he heard the irritation in my voice.

the part that pisses me off the most is that he is housesitting for our meditation class teachers, and it's one thing for us to be there because we both know them and honor the space
...but this is a total stranger...and wtf is he doing ? are they hot tubbing, screwing, god knows what?

ugh, as much as i try to play it cool and say i just want to have fun and date and play - i really DO want a real boyfriend that i can grow something with
and ya, i realize this guy probably isn't "it" ...but he sure was nice for now to take the edge off the lonliness..and we know eachother so well and intimately, it's comfortable, you know? but i hate that he thinks it is okay to cultivate a freaking harem, when i want and deserve to be the only one.

36. what's worse
is that i speak my piece and say i feel used, and he comes back with 'i don;t know why i keep letting you treat me like this' like he TOLD me he was still hung up on the bad ex GF, so i shouldn't get mad at him for playing the field...?

i am not sure how to deal with this, i wish i could just cut him out of my life, but that's not really feasible when he is in the same spiritual classes and circle as i am, when we have such similar and overlapping business connections in a small town, etc.
i guess the reality is that i have to 'handle' it from my higher self.
i may not be ready to yet, but i suppose it's part of the whole (r)evolution thing...

37. Woah, woah, woah
Hold on there just one darn minute. I was going to reply to your first post, but this leapt out at me: he comes back with 'i don't know why i keep letting you treat me like this'. :wow:

Honey, I don't think it's too dramatic a leap for me to point out that that is an earmark of an emotional abuser. They don't have to be of the "you're stupid" type to qualify; they can do what he just did, which is turn a situation back on YOU to make you feel bad about yourself and take the blame for it.

Okay, gloves off now: Run away. I mean it. I don't care if he was joking; there's a grain of truth in it. I don't care that he's in your spiritual circle--you can be friendly without having a close relationship. I don't care if he's comfortable and he's someone to keep the chill at bay at night. DON'T CARE. It's not worth it. I speak from experience, and I know you do as well. Stop going back to this guy. He's bad news.

You may be angry with me now; go 'head, I can take it. I stand by my assessment.

Besides, don't forget that if you stay attached to him in any way, even in the most shallow or "merely physical" of instances, you're not leaving yourself open for anyone else to come in. This guy is still confused, no matter his level of spiritual work, and you don't need that. You DO deserve better!

Yeah, what did our AZ forecast say? IIRC, it was mostly about work, wasn't it? I need to reread it too--I always go over it really quickly and then forget everything unless I write down the most pertinent points in my journal...

40. I hope you can find resolve soon, FL
I agree with Celebration, that you seem to be going in circles and too quick to dismiss reasonable alternatives. Obviously he's comfortable with you, but he's not the one you're looking for. You should be looking for someone who compliments you, elevates you and puts you and your feelings up to one of his highest priorities. This guy sounds like a friend who enjoys your company sometimes and goes elsewhere when he prefers someone else's company.

If you stay friends with him and allow yourself not to be upset when another gal comes into the situation, then obviously the friendship can continue. Obviously, that's not the case, which is understandable considering this relationship has been so much more intimate in the past. Then you need to stop putting yourself in a situation that is bringing you so much agony. Yes, there's perks here and there, but at what expense? And when you keep hanging on for those perks, they become less gratifying and will only start hurting you more. That goes for the ties you artificially established as reasons to stay in this bad situation. Those ties are simply illusions you've created. You can either create new situations for yourself, enjoy the existing group and circles when this guy isn't around, or make it a strictly platonic relationship while looking elsewhere for the "one." I'm not saying that he's absolutely not be the one, but he's definitely not a contender now. If there's any way he could be, it wouldn't happen until the current course is changed. You need to stop compromising yourself. Realize what your needs are and provide them for yourself. He can't provide what you need from him at this point, so steer away from this empty illusion as it stands now. Keep in mind that if it's ever meant to be with this guy in the future, it could only happen in a solid substantial way when he realizes the strong sense of self respect you command about yourself, and responds accordingly.

Once you get on the right path, things will be much better for everyone concerned.

and get it behind you. We're all having a hell of a time getting through it, but for some reason, these issues that need to be resolved and released. Maybe you're going through this for that reason as well. Maybe it's time to move to another spiritual group and other circles, or maybe not. I'm always amazed how the Universe directs us exactly to where we're expected to go in the most unusual ways.

Glad you're enjoying your new job. That's a major step. See, you're on your way ... :hi:

exactly...not so much leaving behind my current group, but deciding how often i choose to participate, and also allowing for some new people and places. I even went so far as to put a profile on Match.com just for shits & giggles...who knows ?

but i feel as long as i centered on my own needs and clearing my own bullshit, i can't go wrong.

so with this man, i will continue to just hold my place and ideals, and either he will vibrate to match my space, or he will leave. simple enough. i am not pursuing this, though. I wish i could still refer him business because he is really talented, but he will end up making me look bad if he flakes or acts like a jerk because i am involved... so i will have to find new connections for some of the web work and video stuff i need...oh well...

You are right, about one thing...I *do* have high expectations of my friends and lovers - integrity and communication being one of them. I am not trying to make you 'conform' to anything or be controlling, it's just what you feel when someone calls you on the bullshit.
...there was a paragraph here, but it isnt gonna help...
Nope, not gonna even go deeper into it... not gonna try anymore. I have been really allowing and accomodating and you took advantage of it in lots of ways. There's lots more to say but it doesn't matter, I can't have you in my life, you are toxic to me.

We are done, please let me know which tuesdays you want for class, 1st & 3rd or whatever, and I will go when you aren't there. as much as you may be a great and talented person, and as much as i enjoy your intelligence and humor, your approach to interpersonal relationship is not healthy and I can't go around like this again.

good luck -

49. Some light for a Cappie friend, please
He's not taking the new energy very well--is just not acting like himself these days. I'm worried about him. Not that he'll do anything drastic or anything, but I can see him getting the notion that he has to lash out and/or "run away" from his life, when all he has to do is relax and let things happen.

From another perspective, it's a good lesson in how people unaware of the new energy are reacting to it. :(

51. serious weather related pain
I have been fortunate up until about a week ago when a big storm came in and the day before my muscles all cramped up increasing my usual amount of muscle and joint pain. Storm came and went, things let up Yay, but yesterday it started again right before a batch of thunder-snow that left me ready to bite something. Tonight it hit again but no storm expected just snow showers tomorrow but I guess the barometric pressure must keep changing triggering more muscle spams including the gut. The only thing that helps so far some is Valerian root but I can't take it all day or I am a zonked out bumping into things unable to think straight. Tomorrow will try some cramp bark and see if like with that time of the month it helps the muscle pain/spams without screwing me up.

Epsom Salts baths are one of the most under-rated ways of easing up muscle pain. They really do help, because the magnesium can be absorbed directly through your skin and into the muscles.

And I can't figure out what is that's making me have this reaction. I've eliminated almost everything, haven't changed make up, facial product or anything else around the house. And I've changed my HVAC filter to one of those ionic thingies that cost way too much money, but the guy told me it would do wonders for cleaning out allergens.

My eyes stay constantly swollen and itchy, and now they've gotten all scaly and this morning my lower right lid was scabby (like I had scratched it until it bled). This is miserable, and I really can't afford to see a dermatologist unless I absolutely HAVE to.

Any energy you can send will be appreciated. Thanking you all in advance.

She has had chronic renal failure for years now helped a bit by medication but I think she is nearing the end. She is a kitty senior citizen so I can't say she hasn't lived a long life. I don't want to make her live to the point she no longer enjoys life and I think we are getting close to that time. My precious little girl has been too good a friend to me to make her stay so I have talked with her and hope that on some level she knows it is OK to go home to be with her Mom and sibs and my Dad who she adored, when her body is too sick for her to be happy here on earth any longer. I hate all the times I have had to make that choice for one of my furkids and I feel guilty to ask for my favorite vet at the clinic who has seen my little ones the most as he always cries too.

82. Iridescent
When you were standing in the wake of devastation
When you were waiting on the edge of the unknown
      With the cataclysm raining down
Your insides crying, "Save me now"
            You were there, impossibly alone.

Do you feel cold and lost in desperation?
You build up hope, but failure's all you've known.

Remember all the sadness and frustration
         And let it go.

            Let it go!

And in a burst of light that blinded every angel
As if the sky had blown the heavens into stars
You felt the gravity of tempered grace
         Falling into empty space
With no one there to catch you in their arms.

Do you feel cold and lost in desperation?
You build up hope, but failure's all you've known.

Remember all the sadness and frustration
         And let it go.

            Let it go!

83. Light for CBS's Lara Logan, who was sexually assaulted in Egypt.
Also, for those who can spare it, continued healing light for Rep. Giffords, who apparently does not yet even know the details of the attack that put her on this difficult path.

87. Court tommorrow. This is IT.
The last one for SO, it could go well or horribly. No more continuances; I'm leaving now to go pay the last money to the lawyer. We could really use your light and thoughts. Yes, he does need to face consequences; but he's alredy doing jail time and we really need to be able to move forward.

Bless you all and thank you, as always.

89. Prayers for the people of Libya, New Zealand, and other areas...
where the suffering is extraordinary...new suffering as well as longstanding suffering.

May the Earth's transition, and Humanity's, become one of grace and ease.

98. Good News Update!
Maryanne contacted her parents today, by borrowing a neighbor's phone (hers needs more money added to it.) She's all right and still plans to move out of there by the end of the month. There was no mention of Pearl, so I'm guessing either there's no news or it wasn't as important even to a step-father as the well-being of Maryanne ;)

When I know more about Pearl, I'll post that, too. I feel that once she gets her phone paid up, I'll be getting some replies to my txts and a better idea of how she and her furbabies are doing :D

Thank you all for being here for her and me

91. I was just going to ask,
as MG pointed out, my gf lives in Christchurch and I haven't been able to get hold of her yet. I hope to contact her mother and step-father tonight to see if they've heard anything. I'll let everyone here know when I find out more.

I'm sending my light into them down there, too

93. Update: Got a reply from her step-dad and she appears to be all right.
Here's the pertinent part of his reply, kiwi colloquialisms intact ;)

"We have not heard a dicky bird from her. When the quake happened she texed and said major quake. A short time later she texed again to say Pearl was missing."

Pearl is the name of her cat, and she was pretty frightened by the first quake last September, so no telling where's she's got off to this time. Maryanne will be quite upset with her running off like that as would any of us. She's not responding to txts or phone calls (from her parents) so I'll update what I can when I get it.

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers
I'm sending what I can, now that I know she was at least at home when it happened and not out driving somewhere that's now devastated...

95. ohhhh, not feelin good at ALLLL
so i have been glad that the whole solar flare/earth movement thing has not hurt me so much.

then yesterday i spent the day in bed with the shades drawn to a narly migraine
got a chiro adjustment in the afternoon, but it just made things move into other joints

now my moon-time is coming and it doesn;t feel like a good one, today i am crampy..but there is a storm coming in and the drop in pressure really makes my joints flare up as well. I feel like i have been beaten with a baseball bat, with a yukky tummy as well.

and i have work to catch up on from yesterday
so i need my brain and body to be okay today

please send good vibes!

100. Please renew/intensify your focus on Libya.
Edited on Sat Feb-26-11 11:22 AM by Raksha
I just posted this on my Facebook page and I'm repeating again here:

There is a rumor via Twitter that books of sorcery have been found at Gaddafi's palace at Al Bayda. Why am I not surprised? Everyone please focus your prayers and intentions on the protection of Libya and its suffering people, and the defeat of the dark side.

I just learned of this in one of Catherina's Twitter updates in General Discussion. I know many of you have been focusing your intentions on Libya already, so I am only asking you to renew or intensify them in view of the fact that we are dealing with serious black magic here.

Apparently Gaddafi has outlived his usefulness to the US gov/PTB. I pray for the safety of the innocents there.

104. Having a bad emotional crash. Any light you want to send would be welcome.
Not sure why, up to date on all nutrition, (B-12, Vitamin D, etc.) caffeine intake is normal (lower than what I usually get, actually.) I'm doing what I can via our very own Celebration's energy balancing software. So if anyone else wants to try to "clear" me, it would be helpful.
