Cleveland acquires Fukudome from the Cubs
Cleveland gave up two minor league players, outfielder Abner Abreu and right-handed pitcher Carlton Smith.

I was surprised to hear they went after Beltran. Hey, they're not giving up.

Through interpreter Hiro Aoyama, Fukudome said he knew little about Cleveland. "Lake Erie is right next to it," he said. "I know it looks like Chicago."

1. I suspect this will be better for the Cubs than for Cleveland.

4. Could be. They had to do something
or they'd lose the fans. Most of the top prospects are already on the team, so I bet they didn't give up a lot.
