Self-study Yoga course
From a friend in Hawaii--if you know anyone who might be interested, pass it on.

My heart, my passion, my service these days is expressed primarily through Global Family Yoga. It is from that place within me and about this service work that I send this message.

Global Family Yoga was founded as a way for our family to reach out and support the global family through establishing a teacher certification program that focuses on children and families. It is the fulfillment of a vision that has been evolving among us for many years. The science of yoga is a system for living. The ability to find inner peace, relax completely and be more flexible – in mind and body - is extremely valuable for all of us today and most especially for our young people.

We (my daughters Stephanie and Mira, and Me) are very excited about what's going on with our yoga teacher training school. We've got terrific students enrolled already this year and a new Home Study Guide - to name a couple of highlights. The e-newsletter below provides details about the Home Study Guide. It's been a labor of love to create this Guide which will expand the reach and the influence of yoga for children.

Like many small businesses, one of our biggest challenges is just letting the right people know about what we offer. Once people find us they seem really delighted (check out our testimonials page http://www.globalfamilyyoga.org/index.php?id=57). Can you share our news with people you know who may be interested?

We truly appreciate your support!

In the Spirit of Peace

p.s. - I don't think the links in the newsletter below work once it is forwarded like this but you can find everything you (or your friends) need at our website - www.globalfamilyyoga.org.

Home Study Guide Now Available!
Learn in your own home at your own pace.

For years we've been getting requests for resources that people can work with at home. Yoga doesn't traditionally lend itself to the self-study approach so accommodating these requests has always been a challenge. At last we've been able to create something that will be a truly useful way for people to gain the knowledge they seek while staying true to the integrity of Yoga as we know it.

The Global Family Yoga Home Study Guide contains many resources, ideas, techniques and tools that will enable you to share the benefits and joys of Yoga with children for years to come. It includes the cautions and considerations of working with developing minds and bodies, teaching techniques for all ages, how to plan a children's yoga class, many ideas for games, tips for creating a cooperative classroom, and much more.

Please use the link below to forward this information on to others who may be interested. You can contact us atinfo {at} globalfamilyyoga.org or 312-324-3119.
