If you hadn't heard yet, Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine will be the special guest speaker at Washington Day in Topeka on Feb. 29th and Mar. 1st at the downtown Ramada Inn. Registration for the convention opens on Monday, Feb. 18th. Register at ksdp.org.
