1. Heading to my early voting location ...
bright and early Monday morning. I want to be free on Nov. 2 to give people rides to the polls.

Kerry on!

2. Not sure
I may do early voting (I had to wait during the primaries, but not too long), but my local precinct is fairly small and it is kind of nice to vote with my neighbors. Hmmm.

3. Already voted...
Actually voted in September by absentee.
And I made sure to write something in and cross it out. I'm the Dem rep for the Vote Review Panel and I was just doing a little test to make sure that they actually do count each one individually.

4. Voted today in Savannah
A group of about a hundred marched from Dem Headquarters to the polling place. We had our signs and were doing chants and call-outs.

There were lots of cheers from on-lookers and a few random bushites.

7. Reports from Dekalb County
on early voting say incredibly long lines and waiting times. Husband of woman in office waited 3 1/2 hours yesterday; email from friend said friend waited 4 hours and then his ballot wasn't complete -- no Senatorial candidates ; another in office went at lunch, waited 1 1/2 hours and had to leave, went back this afternoon to try again. We were told to stay in line as long as it takes, and not come back to work til we voted!

I'm voting on Tuesday morning. Am taking the day off as vacation and the day after as well. Am signed up as a Poll Watcher for the Dem Party. Also signed up as a Closing Voter with Votewatch -- an effort to audit in the best way we can. Sign up and volunteer at http:www.votewatch.us.
