1. I've emailed Gov-elect Brown about this topic
am not sure the status of legislation that arnie vetoed. I'm going to be following this one.

2. The bill is on hold until this new year's session.
Brown has not committed to it but didn't say he would veto it either if it passed the Legislature again. With a Democratic majority in both houses and a Democratic Governor, I will be positively gob smacked if it doesn't go through.
